  • Really strugging :(

I have read 5 pages of you lot to try and motivate me and hopefully it has helped to get back on track!! Just really miserable and down bit sick of my life atm. Hubby is away this is day 7 of 12 and when he is away its very difficult to have any meaningful conversations. Half term and me a my 4 year old dd, trying to do everything; mark, plan lessons as apparently ofsted are coming in during the next two weeks. Sort out stupid husbands accounts and have helped others that have needed it. Broke down on friday had cheese sandwiches, oven chips chocolate and wine. Now feel sh***y about myself.

Sorry for moaning - ill go get depressed in a corner by myself lol!!
Have a fab losing week every one xx

OMG is it really too much?? I do seem to be eating a fair bit, but the vegies seem a lot when it's written down.

Wiz I don't think you are eating too much so if you are full please don't cut down. If anything i thought Pennylanes menu was not enough [for me anyroad :o] .
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Get well soon to all the sickly_smiley.gif people [please don't give it to me :p]
A BIG thank you for all the hugs [still emotional when I think about it].
WI today with just under 1lb gain, not unexpected after the week I've had. Still stressing about life in general so will see how this week goes.

The bonus of SW means one wobble doesnt equal end of dietary changes, hop back on the wagon and enjoy the ride. I know how difficult it is to be stuck at home with no adult conversations, long term single parent with a very limited circle of friends whom were all in relationships that seemed to flaunt it in your face making you feel worse.
Try and get yourselves out to enjoy some fresh air, even half an hour at the park for a change of scenery will do you the world of good. Hope you see the brighter side soon x

  • Hey eashby007,

Don't be too hard on yourself.

Look what you've achieved so far :T

You joined SW a day before me and have lost 4.5lb more than me :T You are doing great. Okay, you had a blip like most of us do, but you can get back on track from today :)

We are here to listen, so moan away. A listening ear, a helping hand, a virtual hug are not far away on here :A

I was the one who mentioned the Maggi range as am doing a trial for them. Are there any flavours inparticular you are looking at?
