You follow extra easy, but have 2 hea's & 2hebs. When you use syns you look to see what has the highest syn value, so if you were to have Mcdonalds french fries the highest syn value would be under a red day so you jot those syns down. And remembering the 2/3rds superfree.

    More info here - http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world/200528-success-express.html

There's also a SE menu on SW online if you still have access to it.

Thanks Stef, I have never been to class, I got a copy of the directory from my friend, so don't have online access to it, I will check minimins later on, my work blocks those type of sites :rotfl:. I thought I had to syn any meat etc I was having

You only syn meat if you are eating it as a snack between meals. Snacks between meals that arent part of your normal syn allowance have to be superfrees or syn free yogurts from how it is explained on minimins.

This is one day from the SE menu online

b, omlette - eggs, 30g cheese 2/3rds of pan filled with SFs so mushrooms, peppers, onions and cherry toms.
    L,Chicken - sandwich chicken, 2/3rds plate of salad, 2 x 400g wm slices.
T lasagne - sw recipe with 2/3rd plate of sfs - salad leaves, cherry toms, spring onions and peppers.
Snacks, 225g baked apple with 1tbsp of mincemeat served with f/f from frais

    Success Express explained -

Every day enjoy three Success Express meals. Each mealtime, follow the 2-to-1 plate principle: fill one third of your plate with Free Food and two thirds of your plate with super-healthy, super-satisfying Superfree Foods – giving a touch more control to help boost your weight loss. For example, have a third of a plate of jacket potato with baked beans and cottage cheese (all Free Foods) with a huge salad bursting with Superfree veggies that fills the remaining two thirds – without weighing or counting.

Every day choose once or twice from the Healthy Extra ‘a’ list and twice from any Healthy Extra ‘b’ list, weighing and measuring when needed.
You can add your Healthy Extra to meals, for example by having a sandwich made with a third of a plateful of chicken, two thirds of a plate full of salad and two slices of wholemeal bread from a small 400g loaf. Or you can enjoy your Healthy Extras between meals.

Between meals, for starters and desserts, enjoy Superfree Foods – fresh or frozen fruit and vegetables. You can also enjoy Free Foods such as eggs, fat free dairy products eg Mullerlight yogurts and vegetable proteins such as Quorn and tofu.

To add a touch of additional structure and help you achieve that great weight loss, with Success Express we ask you to count the higher Syn value wherever they differ. For example, a thick pork sausage has 4½ Syns on Extra Easy or Original and 7 Syns on Green. On a Success Express day, count the higher (Green) Syn value.

Banjo - Did I miss your WI post? How did you get on?

WI this morning recorded 1 lb loss. So that's 12lb loss in 6 weeks.

I can't complain I suppose as I was well over my syns last Thurs, Fri and Sat. But had virtually none since then and was super-strict. So I was secretly hoping for a bit more.

I didn't stay at Group at WI, the deciding factor was all the kids and pushchairs. Two weeks ago, had to sit through a baby crying for 40 mins non-stop (no exaggeration) and couldn't hear a thing. Last week, 3 children were running around, playing tag, screaming. So goodness knows what this morning would have been like with 300 kids :p

I have paid for a 12 week Countdown, so can't switch Groups at the moment. Also, the problem is the lack of morning Groups. I am too tired/fatigued to go out in the evenings.

    Today is looking like this:

    B. An orange :o
    L. 2 Quorn Best Ever sausages (2 syns) in 2 M&S mini sub wholemeal rolls (HEx B) Side salad.
    Snack. Muller light yog. Orange.
    D. Venison steak, SW chips. Side salad. Enough red wine for 13 syns :)

SS milk in coffee for HEx A.

Great to see so many new faces, with so many successful losses too. Hugs to strugglers :A

Do you think you would follow a success express route for a day or two next week to see if there is a speed up in weight loss? Hopefully seeing the above menu you will get an idea of the amount of food to be aiming to eat.
