    Evening all

We are back from our night in a hotel. It's done us the world of good.
We both feel more relaxed, and I am trying to be positive about this lump in my neck.
Food wise.....well I best not talk about that I think :o
Dinner was lovely, lamb with new pots and veg. Gravy a little naughty.
Pudding..(Oh dear) HM pavlova, with strawberries and cointreau cream. Ooops, it just seemed to fall in to my mouth :rotfl:
We really needed the break, even just one night, and I was not going to worry about food, I just had what I wanted.
I have more serious things on my mind to beat myself up about it.

Hope everyone is ok. Hugs to those that need, and well done to you losers :D
Hi Sharalee, where is the lump on your neck? is it at the back?Only, about 5 years ago I had one at the back of my neck near the top bone on my spine. I worried my self sick until I had an operation to remove it, The surgeon said he had never seen one so big when he took it out.It wasn't malignant luckily and he told me that 9 out of 10 were something and nothing. So don't worry it will be fine. But make sure you see someone about it. And all the best. Wizkid

I am really finding my group a great support. I go there and it's really positive and fun, have made a few friends too. There have been a couple of times I thought should I weigh and run, but I find I do have the time, plus it starts the week with a big dose of positivity which I need, that's what's getting me through.

B 1 quorn sausage grilled tomatoes beans ( hopefully keep me full while at hospital)

L 1 boiled egg tomato sandwich with HEB 1apple

Would it be ok if I joined you? Was a member of SW about 2 years ago and did quite well but, for various reasons, fell off the wagon :o Weight has gone up and up since so need to get a handle on it. Am going away on holiday the end of July so would like to lose some before then. Think SW is imprinted on my brain but am going to join group to get some books soon. :)

Anyway....todays menu looks a bit like this.....

B: 2 egg omelette and an apple
L: Lemon and mint couscous, chopped chicken, salad
D: Lemon chicken stirfry (lots of veg) 5 syns (sauce)
Snacks: Muller light, Banana, 2 alpen lights (HEXB)

HEXA - milk in coffee throughout the day.

Also aiming for 2 litres of water today

    Miss P
    xx
