    Hi Peeps,

    Am going to join SW by me tomorrow evening, just down the road..........
    Have a Q though, reckon I need to lose about 3/4 to a stone in weight but I dont want to know what I weigh now (weird I know but it will depress me hearing the STONES!!!!!) will they weigh me without telling me what I am???

    If you ask them not to tell you what you weigh they should honour your wish - however, it will still be written in your book

    b omelette,

    l salad,chicken fillet

    having 2 small jackets with cheese and sw coleslaw later

    2 wholemeal bread

    2 packs quavers syns

    did ok over the weekend, couple of extra packets of skips saturday and an indian sunday. chicken dupiaza. only ate half of it and a quarter of a chapatti. few years ago when i did sw with friends we used to go to weigh in then get a chinese meal,chips and a cake to celebrate losing :eek::eek:
    Used to go on the lash and never ever counted drinks,always had good losses aswell. quite a bit older now and dont think I would get away with it now although I am craving sweet and sour chicken with the chicken strips in batter,....mmmmm. going to be good though and not give in.

    Just realised i haven't listed my meal plan for today!

    EE.
    B, porridge made with water, apple.
    L, Speed soup.
    Snack. banana, punnet of grapes:o( my downfall, like maltesers when you open em they all seem to disappear)
    T. Jacket spud, ham, lettuce, spring onion, tomato, cucumber, pickled onions, beetroot. butter on spud (3syns)
    D pineapple.
    Not sure what else to use syns on today.

    Hello everyone this thread sure moves fast :-)

    Todays food for me is EE
    B weetabix and skim milk Hea and b and a bannana
    L chicken, potatoes, cauli and pepper with gravy (2 syns) and an apple
    D a large superfree salad with sardines and potatoes
    S a muller lite and some grapes
    Syns not sure yet maybe a small piece of chocolate and a highlights

    I normally weigh in on a Thursday but can't go this week because of work so been to a different class today and got a 1 lbs loss, really pleased with that after 5 days...... thats a total of 12 lbs in 6 weeks, gonna try and make it my stone award next week :-)

    the chicken + leek pie was a hit.. yummy!
