Morning all, not the best start to the day...weighed my self and only lost 1/4 lb (still a loss I suppose and I'm not really that surprised after quite a few Tia Maria's last night and wine on Friday).
We were going to get up this morning and have egg (in my new heart frying pan) and WW sausages (1 syn) on toast (B) then go for a nice long walk around our local park. However just before we were about to get up Hubbys mobile phone rang and he has been called into work as the intruder alarms are going off so he has to go check every thing is ok. So now instead I've ended up with weetabix and no walk! Depending what time he gets back, that depends on if there is a fault on the alram and if it needs an engineer callout, we may still go for a walk...

well done to all you losers :T:T:T &
to those in need.
WI this morning with a STS, happy with this as pigged out on chinese last night.
Funny week coming up, sons apprenticeship didn't work out so starts another one tomorrow, no longer a Heir Hunter now back in the normal world of warehouse work. Less hours so even less carp money but once trained hours will go up so money will too. Still trying to get him a cheap small engined car as at mo hubby and son are sharing. Son drove me to my mums yesterday and I was very impressed with his driving, less worried about him now.
Upside of half term I can get to all those jobs that need doing and haven't had time for. Downside I will have to walk the dog all week, good exercise though.
Have a good Sunday all and Keep The Faith :A:A:AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Miss - independent The starter packs vary depending on offers available. If there are vouchers in newspapers/magazines you just pay group fee of £4.95. Then SW have promo sign ups in house where you get membership half price so pay £9.95 The rest of the time it is £14.95.
There is an upcomming offer not sure if it starts this week or next where if you buy a 12 week countdown you only pay for 10 weeks.
If you are going to join a group theres no point in wasting money to get a pack from Ebay. You will have everything you need on sign up.
Thanks so much for all the info Stef, it's such a help and already you've saved me money!
Well done on the losses everyone - it's a real inspiration to me! :T0 -

I've been doing SW on my own since Boxing Day (can't afford classes/won't pay to be weighed;))and have now lost just over a stone and a half, so I'm halfway to target. I'm really pleased, it's such an easy diet to follow. I've done WW in the past and not really had much success, but I'm doing EE and it's just working so well with the family and our lives. :j:j:j
That's excellent, do drop by and keep us updated.:)Can anyone tell me if soup can be eated anytime or just for a meal
No problem with your soup. We're always being told to fill up on free food rather than reach for synful snacks. The great thing about your soup is that it has loads of SFs in it too. I've never believed the 'fill up on free food' message as I think it could reduce your third of SFs for the day.Can I join in?
Have done SW before with good results but illness and being a pig means I now have 3 st to lose.
:rotfl:Welcome, applepad, you'll fit in well here!
Got a yummy roast beef dinner planned for later. I still can't believe how you can lose weight and enjoy a fabulous Sunday roast but it's true!!0 -
Good afternoon, hope everyone is well.
I'm very proud of myself today. Had a big bust up with my oh this morning & he has left but rather than stuff my diet up like I normally do by starving myself i've stuck to plan. :A I have aspergers so have real problems controlling my emotions & the slightest thing that goes wrong usually means I either starve myself for days or comfort eat (the box of chocs I bought for Mothers Day have survived :rotfl:).
Tbh I will probably do better without him here diet wise but i've been ill for a few years & do rely on him a lot especially with the kids but hey what doesn't kill you makes you stronger right?
Breakfast - Muller Light Yoghurt with strawberries.
Lunch - Pasta in a mug thing & salad.
Snacks so far - Milk in tea (HEA) 2 of those new breakfast bicuits (HEB).
Dinner was supposed to be a roast which I won't be doing now seeing as there is just me & the kids so i'm not sure what i'm having yet.
Congrats to those that have lost or stayed the same (better than putting on) & hugs to those who need or want one. :AI'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Just gonna have pork chops, boiled spuds & veg instead as it's quicker/easier. :rotfl:
Thanks everyone. :A
I'm not going to let him mess up my losing weight as I suspect that is what he wants. I think some men prefer you bigger as they think that way no one else will want you. :cool:I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.
