hope you're feeling better soon jezebel1..

think i'm going to go green for the rest of the week, not a big meat eater so it might suit me.. have never strayed from EE before so you never know, it might be a bit of a boost to mix it up.. just have to get my head around it now! :)

Jezebel if you like soups there is one that can be made in literally minutes that i am just about to tuck into myself.
    1 tin toms
    1 tin of carrots
    1 tin of beans
    1 stock cube
1 large or a few smaller pickled onions.
I have also thrown in a tbsp of basil

Bung in a pan to warm through, blitz return to pan to ensure its hot or like i have done bunged into a systema soup mug and nuked for 2 mins. Quickest soup ever and pretty cheap too.

    Hi all

Hope you all had a Good Friday! I cooked a big batch of the pakora this morning, Dh wanted to take some into his work for a colleague to try, said man had lost 3 stone and has been diagnosed with diabetes, not following any plan just cutting back but he is keen to try new things so sent the recipe in for him as well, hope he enjoys them. On the subject of cats, I allergic to animals but kept feeding a stray years ago at our old house, she ended up adopting us! Her owners moved and just left her, she had a skin condition and sores o her tummy, with regular vet check ups she came on great, vet estimated her to be 4 1/2 and sadly at the age of 18 1/2 she went to heaven, I was devastated, so got a kitten who will be 1 in June, have just started letting her outside now she can't have babies, never knew you could get cats chopped, I will have to look into it.

    EE menu
    B - pineapple & nat yoghurt
L - HM bacon & lentil soup, banana, toffee muller
    D - meal at Indians
    S - ryvita & laughing cows (a & b)

Enjoy the rest of your day, can someone post the Coleslaw recipe? I tried the one on SW website and it was rank! TIA X
