    Hi All

My girlfriend is on slimming world and just wondered if any one had any good ideas of recipes i could cook for Thursday which are low in syns?
  • Feeling kinda down atm

Put on 2lbs last night - not happy - i deserve it after the kebab, two meals out, one included dessert, dumplings with dinner on Sunday followed by treacle roly poly & custard - so i definately deserve it

But just feeling kinda down, i don't think morning sickness helps, feel extremely bloated to the point where i can't do my trousers up

On top of that had a row with mum last night because she is being paranoid & twists my words - not happy with her atm anyway cos of telling me i can and can't eat this that & the other & in the other breathe smoking in the same room with the doors & windows shut

On top of that - i brought a lovely top on ebay - but cause i am so bloated atm (& fat) i broke one of the seams last night :rotfl:

Just feeling really sorry for myself - sorry for the rant :o

    I'm trying to be good

    EE today
B - only managed 1 ginger nut so far _pale_ & weak milky coffee (1/2HEA)
L - Couscous with quorn chilli
S - Carrot sticks with houmous (need to check if have it as heb or syns)
D - Mum cooking salmon & pasta - specifically asked for side of veg - but don't know

I need to figure out some heb's & hea's but at the moment i don't want to eat anything as feeling _pale_

additionally i know this is a money saving forum but.................me and my GF put in £1 each for every pound she loses and and additional £1 each for any certificates she gets. then when she reaches her target she has the money to spend on what ever she likes.

What type of food do you both like? What is her favourite meal?

You can make anything SW friendly

You also need to syn your raisins as dried fruit is not a free or superfree food.
The currys you are enquiring about are not coming up on syns online so the only way to check would be for you to put the nutritional value on here.

I did syn the raisins, forgot to write it down, thanks. I think I need a big notebook to keep track oif myself.
Do you just need the calories for the curry or fat content etc?
    Shine on you crazy diamond..............
