Oh what a night! DD poorly with tummy bug at both ends
Being nursemaid today, so cannot get out shopping. So have to make do with what is in stock.
B. muller light vanilla yog with 30g muesli HeB
L. Broccoli with light Philly stirred in HeA
D. Will probably have chicken stew I've got in the slow cooker, rest of family - belated Chinese banquet.
Hope you are feeling better today Sharalee.0 -
I do green and definitely have both the HEAs. I always have skimmed milk with my porridge and the other is invariably cheese of some description. I often have a second portion of cheese that I syn too, depending on the menu! I love cheese0

Oh dear, hope DD feels better soon. I expect you're being laundrymaid as well as nursemaid.;)
Glad to see your menu has more than a bit of yogurt in it today! I hope you have an enormous portion of chicken stew tonight and haven't you got some LO beef or something to bulk out your broccoli lunch?
Off to portion up enormous pot of chilli I made last night!0 -
Hi everyone, I have lost... 2lb of which I am thrilled about. I seamed to have been stuck for ages. Anyway, I think the 6 glasses of water plus other drinks has worked as well as more fruit anf veg between 8 and 10 per day of both that is. I have not exceeded 8 syns. Because I'm afraid that the more syns I use, especially if I don't feel I need them. The more I have the more I don't budge. Could I be right if not Please can someone tell me. Hope I have a loss next week.0

Hi all, I am an avid fan of SW and have previously lost 2 stone following the plan, but sadly like so many other people over a few years I put it back on again. I am now on a renewed quest to get it back off again! The only problem I have is that when I recently joined my local group, I found that the new Extra Easy plan was really being pushed and I could not get my head around it and had very little success. I found that most of the advice in class and the discussions were about EE and felt there was very little support for the old fashioned red/green days (I'm sure this was localised to this particular group) anyway so I have decided to go it alone, I pretty much know the red/green days from before and have loads of books/recipies. I have been following the plan fully for two weeks and have lost a fantastic 6lb
The thing is at the weekend I saw some Weight Watchers products on offer and brought them hoping to slot these into my syns, but I cannot find the syn values in any of my books
If any one could help me out I would be really grateful...the products are WW Mexican Style Wraps made with wheat flour (I'm guessing these will be quite high), WW Raspberry mallows and finally WW Toffee Apple Cake slices. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to offer, LL x

hea1 milk in drinks hea2 cheese

6 x water/diet drinks
Hope everyone has a good day!
Hi Mymamma, what plan are you following please? I'm asking cos if it's EE you are on, then you don't get two HEAs and HEBs, only one of each; if you are doing Red then isn't pasta one of the HEBs (as well as your cereal and bread) and if you are doing Green then the chicken is a HEB (as well as the cereal and bread). I have probably missed something further back - you are at target, or expecting, or something, in which case tell me to mind my own business! :rotfl:
(also it's been years since I tried Red & Green so I may be just confused):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hello, after STS on my first weigh in last week I have managed to lose 2 pounds on my second weigh in. Not fantastic but I do feel as if I have eaten like a pig in the last week, all within diet though.
My next hurdle is going away for 2 nights this weekend for an Army reunion - it is going to be a drink fest ..... have always joined in before and just not even tried so am going to make a bit of an effort (I think)..
The hotel we stay at has a Morrisons nearby so I know that I can have a SW breakfast, get salad and cooked meat or something for lunch and then our sit down meal for Sat. Eating in hotel on Friday so if they have Steak and Jacket that would be good.
Its the drink !!!!
Am going to try to save all my syns again this week - went for an Indian but didn't drink so was OK.
At least I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks, need to convince myself that this is the way I eat now for the forseeable future and not give up
