    Rob if you were to have a grilled chicken salad and forego the dressing at Maccies it is 2.5syns for the whole thing. Costs me £2.29 if i have one and the daughters with me using her staff discount :D

    yes the chicken and bacon one was similar using the app but £1.50 for my lunch or £3.49 for less lol

    I bought new Mcvities breakfast bars~porridge oats~oat & honey.
    Cant say I thought they were great but hey ho they were only a quid.
    6 packs of four biscuits.
    Is there anyway I can check if they are a HEB?

    Where have you seen that the Mcvities ones are HEB? There's nothing showing online.
    The new Kellogs ones are mentioned in this months mag as being 2 per heb. These have also been added to syns online under the healthy extra b section for cereal bars too. No mention of the Mcvities ones.

    Ah yes, I thought they were the same ones... sorry.

    I bought the mcvities ones too, I thought it was kelloggs ones but then asda only had the mcvities ones so I thought I must have got it wrong!

    Just checked syns, they are 3 syns per 13g.
