    morning all ,
so last night at strictly was amazing ...Louis smith ...drools .....
but i have to say Pasha is very nice and was wearing the tighest trousers ever you could see everything .... dreamy
then they showed us artem ... what a body although he has bigger boobs then fern britton
The one down side was bruno stripping ... leathery springs to mind

i was very good i took carrot sticks and grapes so i wouldnt be tempted by popcorn ice cream or hot dogs ...(apart from louis smith )

Ah, I love Pasha, he seems so sweet. Artem scares me, he has the 1000 yard stare...

Having a green day today as feeling a bit sick and want to have plain food I know I can stomach. Not sure what it is but OH feels ill too :( We did have tea at about 11.30 last night but that's normal for a Thursday and we did have chicken... but it was the same as the night before and we were ok then. Bah, should be ok later. Anyway, today's menu:

    B: Scrambled egg, wholemeal pitta (B + 1), milk (A)
L: Half a pack of Ainsley mushroom couscous (1.5), banana
T: Not sure yet, maybe pasta with mushrooms, half a tub of low low spread (A) and some pesto (2.5)
    S: Yogurt, Freddo (5), French Fries (4)

Well done to the losers, hugs to anyone struggling with SW or personal issues, and hope you all have a fab weekend :)

With regards to horse meat im quite shocked that theres no mention of goat on any part of the slimming world pages as it is much healthier than lamb being less fatty and so are many of the other meats available like ostrich and other exotics.

Rob if you want to give horse meat a go the mince is £3.53 for 500g at Kezie foods :D

My son is a little get for wanting to try exotics, ever since my brother in law started him on eating his steak blue and getting him to eat venison that he had in the freezer when we were on a visit. I know one of our local garden centres stock a very limited supply from Kezie foods but its the trek there to see what is available. In Novemeber he tried ostrich burgers.

But for today its a meer EE day for us,
B, beans on toast (heb) apple
    L, mugshot and grapes.
T SW chicken korma from this months mag but not having pilau rice as cba to go out just for the seasoning but will still have the mixed veg with it.
    Hea milk.
    Syns not sure yet.

  • I was relatively good out for dinner last night, had fruit salad for pudding then but used that to justify eating about 5 quality street that were sat on the table! Ah well... Today is a new day :) Also just realised I won't be able to make my usual WI next week so I'll have to go a day early which gives me even less time to lose the 2.5lb that I want to lose so 100% on plan from now!

    Thank you x

I might give the banana sarnie a go for brekkie tomorrow - apparently they are good for morning sickness - but atm it makes me sick just thinking of one - maybe between bread would be better???

Watercress is salad isn't it - it's green & leaf like :rotfl:

I'm not keen on coleslaw - especially now when i keep thinking of coldsores! :rotfl:

I would eat tinned fish - but they are soooooooo expensive - even the value stuff!

Mackrel pate sounds nice - my nana used to do one for xmas - gorgeous & i would eat the dill (green leafy stuff) that she put in it too!

Lots of ideas to ponder, thanks again x

Still feeling queasy - might be the aftermath of the kebab last night ? :o

Got LO diet coke chicken (quorn style!) and stir fried veg for dinner today - if i don't gag again! With some actual chicken LO from kebab last night! (couldn't eat it all!)

Also brought some hummous from the kebab shop which i can have with my carrot sticks as a snack - need to figure out syns though!

Today not going great food wise - already had 2 digestive biscuits for my brekkie! I'll blame it on work for not having any milk in first thing for my 'latte' (very weak coffee - lots of milk) :rotfl:

For what it's worth, on the morning sickness front, I found anything with ginger really helped to settle my tummy. Ginger biscuits aren't really SW friendly, but what about sips of diet ginger beer? I also found eating quite dry food little and often helped. Hope you feel better soon, it does pass :)

Thanks for the info about their site, very interesting, shame most of it is expensive though (except horse!). I'm all for trying new foods - had elk and reindeer in Finland a few years ago and agree about goat - had goat stew in the Caribbean and it was lovely! (unadventurous OH stuck to his pizza and chips- God knows why when there was an array of amazing foods we'd never tried!). Will have a look locally and see if there's anything a bit different (although if anyone ever watched the League of Gentlemen, you'll know to stay away from the 'special stuff' ;))

    Thank you

I'm not actually sick - which is a bonus - just feel sick & ever so bloated!

I'm trying with the smaller meals thing - but it's taking me a while to break out of the old habit :rotfl:

I LOVE ginger beer - will pop to Asda on way home to stock up on cans - and they must be virtually caffiene free??? if so, double bonus!!!
