Good evening, hope everyone is well.
I've not posted for a few days as thinks have been hard at home. I didn't give in & cheat but haven't really been eating much the last couple of days. I really hope it doesn't mess things up for me.
Breakfast - Alpen Light bar, strawberries & an apple.
Lunch - Muller Light yoghurt, strawberries & a satsuma.
Dinner - Chilli Con Carne (extra lean beef mince, onions, mushrooms, kidney beans, orange, red & green peppers) with vegetable rice.
Snacks - Milk for tea (HEA) Alpen Light bar (HEB) slice of 1/2 syn cake, 2 jumbo Snack A Jacks (5 syns).I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Or make up some smoked mackerel pate (just shred smoked mackerel, in essence), do you count watercress as salad? It's lovely with smoked mackerel (there's a syn or two in smoked mackerel, but full of whatever it is oily fish has and good for pregnant women I'm sure)
Cheese (LowLow or half-fat cheddar) with some thin sliced onion or pickled onion
Marmite?
Boiled egg sliced, or chopped up with mayo (but tell your companions you have egg sandwiches or they might think you have sneaky wind)
Sliced chicken (ready cooked thighs with skin removed)
What would a coleslaw sandwich taste like (I've never tried it, I don't like the very word c o l e s l a w it sounds like cold sore to me)
do you like tinned fish, sardines, salmon, tuna? make good sandwiches.
There, I never eat sandwiches but I've done my best with ideas for you!
and whoever was talking about knob size. Sorry. I sniggered.
Thank you x
I might give the banana sarnie a go for brekkie tomorrow - apparently they are good for morning sickness - but atm it makes me sick just thinking of one - maybe between bread would be better???
Watercress is salad isn't it - it's green & leaf like :rotfl:
I'm not keen on coleslaw - especially now when i keep thinking of coldsores! :rotfl:
I would eat tinned fish - but they are soooooooo expensive - even the value stuff!
Mackrel pate sounds nice - my nana used to do one for xmas - gorgeous & i would eat the dill (green leafy stuff) that she put in it too!
Lots of ideas to ponder, thanks again x
Still feeling queasy - might be the aftermath of the kebab last night ?
Got LO diet coke chicken (quorn style!) and stir fried veg for dinner today - if i don't gag again! With some actual chicken LO from kebab last night! (couldn't eat it all!)
Also brought some hummous from the kebab shop which i can have with my carrot sticks as a snack - need to figure out syns though!
Today not going great food wise - already had 2 digestive biscuits for my brekkie! I'll blame it on work for not having any milk in first thing for my 'latte' (very weak coffee - lots of milk) :rotfl:0
