Sorry to hear you're having a rough time BanjoHope nobody minds hearing about my struggle to not go below target range. WI this morning and I lost the 3lbs I put on last week! Very undecided whether to drop my target by 7lbs or stuff my face!:D

Excuse me dropping in - I confess I am a lurker !
I had to break my lurkdom to reply in case I can help as I see you are finding things slow.
I might have missed something or misunderstood but I notice that you are following EE but you are having 2 hea and 2 hebs each day.
EE is only one hea and one heb per day. Maybe this is where things are slow for you.
I may have misunderstood your circumstances but wondered if this could be an answer for you ?

Well done on your loss. You might think that it's going slow but just remember even if you only lose 1lb a week that's just shy of 4 stone (which would be an amazing loss).0 -

I've got it, so has my friend. It is great, hard at first but it's only 20 minutes per day so it can fit in around your schedule. One of my friends swears by it, and has other dvds by the same lady.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

, you shouldn't let it niggle you, just come straight out and ask, I did think your wife was being very unsupportive re your weight loss but kept schtoom as not my place to say, you know where we are if you need to vent, I have been in a similar situation myself x
Not really following plan properly - most of the meals i have had are syn free & to plan, but because i can't stand brekkie atm (i think morning sickness) i end up reaching for a biccie later on
I would like some sandwich filling ideas apart from ham & mayo :-/ bearing in mind i don't like salad (e.g. lettuce, toms, cucumber etc.) anyone help?
Poor you on the sickness, Egg & Cress, Tuna n Mayo, tinned salmon mixed with tomato sauce, chicken & seasoned mayo, Jam?? :rotfl:Hope you find something you fancy, I prefer wholemeal pittas to sandwiches, I toast in then half if in 2 so I have 2 "pitta pockets" to fill, always feel as if I am getting more that way:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T
