hi all,

am I going mad and have missed this in the books.. is it 75g reduced fat / light soft cheese?.. or is on the red or green days as I don't do them?0 -

Voucher valid in group for 2 weeks.
There isnt actually a group near me and hubby has the car for work. I tend to get better results weighing myself. Last time I went to a class i had a bad week, didnt go and never went back where as if i have a bad few days i just get back on track myself easier. I lost 4 stone over the last 2 years and have only put half a stone back on.
I just had a root through my diet book drawer and I have the extra easy book from last year i bought from ebay. Didnt realise I had it. thanks for the info though. Might see where the classes are and if they coincide with hubbys day off and go join to get up to date books.Shine on you crazy diamond..............0 -

where would i get the books? i did buy a little book, think it was 100 days of extra easy but its just meal ideas. Need to do it 100% now, health reasons.- you tend to be more honest with yourself if you go to group(ie what you have eaten and syns counting)
- you get great support from other who are like you or similar and often good tips and ideas for meals
- you also find out latest hea ans heb , any new products on the market that are free etc
- you get your welcome pack that has everything you need
- you get the phone number of someone you can call if you struggling etc

If you are not a fan of laughing cow or dairylea it probably isnt for you.
For those who didnt know, the soft cheeses like dairylea and laughing cow are actually made from Brie that has been made in the factory and has failed the quality control because it doesnt meet the weight requirements etc - bit of useless info my b.i.l gave me as he works in a factory in Somerset that makes loads and sends me up regular deliveries of the stuff:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j
