Lost 2lb today so back to my pre-xmas lowest weight
Hopefully club10 next week which is either 0.5 or 1lb away... and my 1.5stone is just 2.5away. There is a meal out tomorrow, and maybe a curry on Tuesday but no other reason for me to stray from plan so fingers crossed.
RFD Hope your cousins Op went well x

Hello - its the newbie again for my daily check!
B - 35g porridge with water, banana and blueberries
S - banana
L - SW Tomato Soup, new potatoes, tin tuna, loads of salad
Got home from work - starving so had some cooked ham and a pear
D - Couldn't be bothered cooking so have had, more home cooked ham, some Longley Farm fat free cottage cheese, pickled onions and a big bowl of melon and blueberries with a muller light.
Had also tried to make rice pudding with diet cream soda - eaten about half of it.....strange food for tea and reminds me of the days when I used to pick at everything and anything just because I couldn't be bothered. At least I think I picked at the right things this time !0 -

Quite fed up. Gained half a pound this week , stayed the same last week and gained half a pound the week before.
I need some serious sorting out. I am walking every day, sticking to plan pretty much and never eat between meals. I wonder if I'm not drinking enough?

After someone mentioned the M&S popcorn a few pages back i went to have a nosey around in there yesterday and picked up a multipack of pretzels so i now have something else to choose from when the nibbles creep in and only 5 syns a packet - just munching my way through a sour cream and chive bagel packet now
Pennylane keep plodding this week and hopefully things will right themselves, keep a food diary too see if that helps.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Evening all, well done losers and hugs to those in need :A:A
RFD hope your cousins op went ok.
I'm just plodding on and keeping busy, helps to keep my mind off things.
Hubby's job is going great, 1st day he was given the keys to the place, 2nd day his boss went home sick so hubby was in charge and today boss wasn't in at all so hubby was boss for the day. He coped alright considering he doesn't know the business that well yet. Tomorrow he has to go in at 6am to open up which could have been a problem with son getting to work but son got a touch of hypothermia Tuesday night as he stood outside waiting for hubby to pick him up in freezing temperatures and heavy snow instead of staying in the supermarket where he gets picked up from [numpty]. Anyway hes off sick so no worries there.
Food yesterday and today have been ok and within syns but can't be asked to type it out :rotfl:, now off to bed as completely knackered.
Night night all keep the faith :A:A:A:AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
