I don't know the ingredients of the Cowboy Boy (might have loads of SFs) but the menu looks a bit short on SFs to be a third of your day's intake. As you were asleep then the amount of food is only to be expected and you did squeeze in 3 lots of eating.:)

Hi, the Cowboy Pie has carrot, swede and baked beans in and I had green beans with it too :)

Evening all, glad you had a good first day Lush :j. Mr TIE had a good day too, they even gave him the keys to the place although not the alarm code :p. Think he impressed his boss by how quickly he picked it all up although as hubby says its not rocket science and anything to do with computers hes like a sponge and soaks it up very quickly [show off :rotfl:]. Found out he might also have to go away for a couple of days for training which wasn't mentioned at his interview  so madly searching for a small car for son so he can get to work himself. Unless of course they actually give hubby a car to travel to course in, they are a 4x4 hire place after all :p. Day 2 tomorrow :j.

    Food today:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee glass of water
    S - pear
    L - hm butter nut squash/lentil/ham soup [mushrooms/onions/sweetcorn too], 2 x plum toms, satsuma/apple/pineapple/yog, choc orange thin [3.5]
    S - cheesy curls [4.5]
T - sausage casserole [loads of onions, mushrooms, peas, sweetcorn, beans & passata] & mash [only had half a sausage] [2.5], t/sauce [1]
    S - 3 satsumas
    Syns - 11.5

Am shattered now after being woken at silly oclock, hopefully hubby will sleep until alarm goes off tomorrow :rotfl:

  • Dinner plans for tomorrow have changed, bf wants chicken and bacon topped with cheese with chips - just as easy if not easier to cook so winner for me as I will probably be mentally wiped out again! Think I will have 2 skinny lizzies (2syn) and some mash with veggies and baked beans - so less syns too. Will re-gig the meal plan for dinners and have the chicken and rice another day, possibly Thursday after the gym :)

Loved being back at work in an office - bit of eye-strain from all the time looking at a monitor (my netbook doesn't strain my eyes nearly as much :s think it maybe to do with the brightness/contrast settings). So mentally tired now! Probably a good thing though as I should sleep well and will hopefully build myself a little routine :)

glad the first work days went well :)

    well done rob, great loss!

had a try of making some SW 'doritos' not bad at all.. will do them again when doing a chilli or have stuff in to make a dip!

    8446364274_774ef80dcd.jpg

lasagne sheets, cook till soft (used 2 here to try them out)
    cut into shapes
onto baking tray sprayed with frylight
seasoning.. these have paprika, chilli and garlic salt, turn and do other sides
into hot oven (watch they don't burn)
    enjoy!
    :)

**see below, these need to be synned... they were very nice, but not sure its worth it at 3.5 per lasagne sheet? :(

    Morning,

V quick one again as got a lot of work on, just an update to say I lost 5lb last night to take me to 0.5lb lighter than I was before Christmas so officially my lightest SW weight :j I feel like I've got over the hump of Christmas/week away now so can focus and get on with it. I kept a diary this week and double checked all values but did eat a lot and had around 14 syns every day so maybe I'll keep the syns up and see if the big losses continue?!

I'll try and get back on and catch up later, have a good day all :)
