The new book says half a syn per dash of milk in your tea and coffee. Sounds reasonable to me!

I can't think of any reason why you shouldn't have half milk and half cheese as your Healthy A but others may know differently.

Why don't you syn the milk in your drinks all day long and have cheese as your Healthy A?

    :)

Back to class tomorrow. I've had a tough few weeks with family death & illness and being plain greedy.

    Onwards & downwards from tomorrow.

    happy new year!!!!!!!!:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

sorry ive been absent recently. work has been chaotic!

went on holiday in the beginning of december, and whilst i didnt lose anything (slightly annoyed considering i walked about 6 miles a day) the bonus was, i didnt gain anything either!! :j:T... so got to look at the glass half full option.

ok so, i have roughly 11 wks to lose 3/4 stone. it can be done, i know it... in fact, when i first started, i lost 10lbs in my first two weeks put together. but i was alot more active then... ideally i would love to lose a stone, but baby steps first :)

today has been quite light on food but mostly due to time restrictions. breakfast was two oranges and large glass of water... lunch was a huge bowl of SF H/M veggie broth and a HEB of nimble bread with a scraping of butter (2 syns)

dinner... not sure yet, but i have to stop via the garage to get the obligatory milk and petrol etc, so shall be investigating and also grabbing some veggies there.

    how was everyones new year/christmas?
I'd rather try and fail, than not try and never know

On the wagon again I go.... royally fell off.... 4.5st (63lb) by June 2016.... LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!:grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

I am finding it quite hard to get back on track.
Have finished the iced maderia cake today so at least it is out of the way.
Just want to eat sweet things.
    Bah is all.

Been to SW today and have only gained 1 lb over the 2 weeks. I am VERY happy with that and determined to lose that plus a bit more next week.:)

We were given the new members pack so must look through that when I get time and see what's changed.
  • Can I join :)

Meeting tonight after work, managed to lose 3lbs over the weekend (was in Vegas) so was walking up to 10 miles a day, the little weight loss has spurred me on.

I have 9 stone (yes thats right) to lose. I lost a stone on WW but it is too restrictive for me meat wise, I LOVE my meat and fish and it's so high in points on WW.

Looking forward to joining you all, not got a clue what I am doing lol

Hi Kookie, I've just joined too...like you I lost a stone with WW but found it so restrictive and joined SW with 1lb off 9 stone to lose too....so hopefully we'll both be around for a while!

    xx
    Wk 1
20 weeks till my hols....little steps, 7lb goals....lets see where it takes me! A thousand miles begin with one little step! Started SW 01/01/13.....this year will be the year for me!
