:kisses3: take care rfd and keep thinking positive.Never reached the bottom of my target range lush :rotfl:
lush, this has been my problem throughout, I've had to pay a few times. Officially I think you're meant to have extra HEXs but I prefer to have extra syns:o I think what you're doing is a good idea: having syns when you're eating out rather than having stuff at home to tempt you. I also reintroduced some meals at home which I had sort of banned (my choice as I save syns) so cauliflower cheese came back plus other dishes with cornflour or sherry etc in the sauces. You could eat the mince that your bf likes. If you go out/away you could afford to go flexi. If all else fails and you go under target (you'll have a week to get back) you'll just have to resort to biscuits, chocolates and crisps!:rotfl:stef240377 wrote: »I looked it up in the snacks directory and it states NuMe fat free greek yogurt 500g pot 1.5 syns. Maybe labled other wise as free as they wouldnt expect you to eat the whole pot but if you are inclined to do so then this is where some syns can be accrued.
It's very confusing!! I looked up the syncalculator on the site. Nu-me Greek yogurt is 2 syns for 500g but the ordinary ff Nu-me yogurt is free.Thriftygifty wrote: »Could someone help i'm totally confused...
Today i've had:
Sachet of Porrige made with skimmed milk no sugar
1 2 finger kit kat
X3 Sweet onion crispbread ryvita with 2 dairylea triangles
Boiled potatos, mushroom omlet made with frylight and no cheese and marrowfat peas
1 Apple
1 Sweet onion crispbread with 1 dairylea triangle
Is any of that correct to eat or am I starting off totally wrong? I dont really like bread so have swapped for crispbreads but dont know how bad they are.
Crispbreads aren't bad but only certain ones are HEXs. I think you're allowed 3 of the sweet onion ones. As it stands, your menu looks Green to me.0 -
