  • Could someone help i'm totally confused...

    Today i've had:

Sachet of Porrige made with skimmed milk no sugar
    1 2 finger kit kat
X3 Sweet onion crispbread ryvita with 2 dairylea triangles
Boiled potatos, mushroom omlet made with frylight and no cheese and marrowfat peas
    1 Apple
1 Sweet onion crispbread with 1 dairylea triangle

Is any of that correct to eat or am I starting off totally wrong? I dont really like bread so have swapped for crispbreads but dont know how bad they are.

You really dont have the most supportive partner do you? Do you think she will change her tune any once she sees your weight ebbing away and hers gaining?

Who knows? It was my favourite choc too. Choc with chilli :(

Anyway, I'm up early and feeling good that I resisted.

Totally fell off the SW Wagon again this week. Can't even remember the last time I was in control.

It's BONKERS because I only have a stone to lose before I really comfy!! But I feel ever so fat at the moment.

I have no excuses not to be good. There is plenty of good food in the house, and I'm being careful with money so I don't want to spend anymore on treats and rubbish.

It's the age old prob with me, once I feel thin, I can keep going. But while I feel so fat I'm really down about it. But if Iwas now 2 st over where I'm happy, I'd be saying "if only I was only one st over it would be easier as I'd be happy!";)

It's easy sitting here saying I'll be good today, I've got to just DO IT! I was good all day yesterday, bought lots of good stuff, planned, prepared etc, then the minute I got home I didn't even try to resist, I just stuffed, and even went out to sainsburys to buy more stuff. got loads of choccy etc and made a real piggy of myself :o

So, here I go again, again :D

I'm only a 3 week newbie myself, so others much more qualified to answer.

EDIT: Sorry, what little I know relates only to Extra Easy. If you are not following EE, then the following may be useless

But I would say that if you have porridge as your Healthy Extra B choice, then you need to count the syns for your crispbreads. Ryvita Sweet Onion are 2 syns each.

as for Healthy Extra A, allowance is 350 ml skimmed milk OR 3 Dairylea Original Triangles ( can up to 4 if Dairylea LIGHT Triangles)

kit kat 2 finger are 5.5 syns.

    HTH

Good to hear from you frogga
    Keep in there.

Firstly you will need to clarify which plan you are following as Banjo said.
If you are doing Extra Easy then you are no where near your 1/3rd superfree for the day however if it is Green you are following then you still need to up the superfree and tighten the reins in a few other areas. Once you let us know which plan you are following we can advise further.

Being the naughty imp i am would go out and repurchase her favourite clothes in a size smaller cutting out the size labels and putting them in the place as her usual ones - hiding her normal sized ones then watch her face in dismay as they are starting to become uncomfortably tight - well she isnt supporting your weight loss why should you show any interest in her 'sudden' gain :rotfl:
