How much of the greek yog did you have as this has a syn value - not a lot but it all helps if you keep an eye on it - 1.5syns per 500g pot.
The wholemeal sandwich you would have had would have been from a 800g loaf so you would need to syn the bread from the second slice. If it is a ready made sandwich from say Boots then you would have to syn the whole lot which could be as much as 20syns.
Overall its not an issue to not be hungry as you have eaten quite well today.

Thanks stef, I looked at my syn section and it said Greek style yoghurt fat free natural - FREE. Have I got this wrong.Ihad about a third of a pot
It was a ready made sandwich low cal range from mr t chicken and salad, I don't really know how to calc the. Syncs never thought about it really oops

I wonder if I have no appetite because I have cut back on carbs and am not craving stuff - it's great!

I looked it up in the snacks directory and it states NuMe fat free greek yogurt 500g pot 1.5 syns. Maybe labled other wise as free as they wouldnt expect you to eat the whole pot but if you are inclined to do so then this is where some syns can be accrued.

Lighter choices roast chicken salad sandwich is 15 syns.

You really dont have the most supportive partner do you? Do you think she will change her tune any once she sees your weight ebbing away and hers gaining?

  • Evening all

Been mega busy these past 2 days..with uni & then the works AGM today so I have had 2 days off plan due to messed up routine. Also had some more crappy news this morning - my 30 year old cousin has a brain tumour that looks like its been growing for some time, he is to go for an operation in the next couple of days.

It is very worrying indeed & am praying that the op is a success. I don't think I could handle another death so soon after my brothers :(
The next few days will be stressful I imagine.. Trying not to think the worst but its proving difficult. :(

Will be back on plan tomorrow for definite ..need to decide what the menu will be soon.
