More than 16% is to be synned at 5syns per 100g raw weight.

How many did you divide the mix between? A standard recipe normally requests 500g of mince, serving 4. So would be 25 syns a pack divide by portions to work out your syns.

Add on your other 5 syns used today you may well be within your syn allowance. Otherwise start a fresh tomorrow and draw a line under today.

    Well done Stef,
    An admirable achievement :T

Yes, I've already experienced the "ha I've lost 4lbs yet still had 4 cheeseburgers and sticky toffee puddings" from group members

Oh how I agree with you and Stef. I am not a violent person but when people at our group start like that, I want to throttle them!:rotfl::rotfl:

One day last summer a young Mum and her Mother both lost a couple of pounds each and they spent the whole evening saying they'd had a day at the seaside with the children and had fish & chips, then candyfloss and of course they couldn't leave without a toffee apple and a bag of dougnuts. I think the consultant should intervene then and move the conversation along or point out that this is not what SW recommends but she didn't.:(

    Evenin all
Well come midnight I opened the bottle of champagne and quaffed the lot! :o I didn't feel so hot this morning :rotfl:
Probably went a little over my syns too :D. Well I've got it out of my system now, and my final total for Cancer Research UK was £125. (Got a last minute donation of £50 today!)

    EE day.
    B. Scrambled egg on WM toast, and bacon. (HEB)

    L. A bag of kids fruit bits from Mr T's. We went to buy a new car today, and it took longer than I thought, so got caught out. I looked at the sarnies in Mr T's-then just bought the fruit.
Was starving my the time I got home, so had a Mugshot.

    D. Steak, SW chips and a huge salad and HM coleslaw.

Syns-Salad cream, mustard, ketchup, a meringue thingy in my Total 0%, honey, so 6.5 so far.

    HEA, milk in coffee.

Hope everyone has had a good day x

ETA Bought some hand weights too, gonna give that DVD a go in the morning. Might need the paramedics on standby :)

How much of the greek yog did you have as this has a syn value - not a lot but it all helps if you keep an eye on it - 1.5syns per 500g pot.
The wholemeal sandwich you would have had would have been from a 800g loaf so you would need to syn the bread from the second slice. If it is a ready made sandwich from say Boots then you would have to syn the whole lot which could be as much as 20syns.
Overall its not an issue to not be hungry as you have eaten quite well today.

  • Ended up having a Starbucks latte today - my first in a very very long time!

Got weighed at the doctors yesterday and they've weighed me even lighter than at group on Wednesday! I know their scales will be different but still
    surprised me.

Going to have to actually try and gain a couple of pounds this week as I want to be sure I can keep in range both ways and I will be doing a lot more exercise this week as well as generally being a lot busier and the meal out of Monday will be much healthier than it could be (SW friendly carvery).

Hmm anyone got any tricks for keeping it range when they hit the bottom of target???
