The mullerlight greek style are 0.5syns each and there maybe one or two of the original muller lights that are synned but i think these have been limited edition ones. The latest directories are purple. The link shows the latest one but please do not pay over the odds prices for these books!!!

How much are the books if you buy them at group out of interest?

I think the main directory is £9.95, the 'free' and 'snacks' ones are £1.95 each. I looked on ebay after posting the last message and they are seriously over priced on there sometimes atleast 3-4 times face value

With not going to a group and trying at home I am using my own scales.
Bought a few weeks ago so should in theory be accurate .

I am at a loss at how my weight can fluctuate so much though.

    Sunday, 10st 1lb, 2/8

    Tuesday 9st 13lb

    This morning 10st 2lb

And I also know I should stay off them , and only use once a week..... but just wanted to check.

    Yesterday
    B Muller, Apple
L M&S Mini Sub Wmeal Rolls x 2 (HEB), 1 slice of Turkey, scraping of butter (1 syn)
    T Jacket Pot, Beetroot, Ham

    Syns M&S Popcorn, wht & stberry ( 6 syns)
    Mini Twix (6 syns)
total syns = 13 incl the lupark

Snacks Orange x 3 over the day, Apple

    Have a good day everyone.
