Well, I have lost 1lb but, my stomach isn't any flatter. I feel like one of the Roly Polys.
My menu for today has been.
B Cereal with sliced apple and sliced banana 1/2 A and B Rest of A in Brews.
L S/w quiche lettuce tomato and a jacket spud 1 tsp spread 2 syns.
    S 2 satsumas 2 Ryvitas (dry ) 2 Syns
D Fish s/w chips and Mushy peas
    Apple & 2 Satsumas
    Supper H/m Mushroom Soup.
    Total Syns abt 4/5
I still feel like I'm eating too much. HELP!

Can someone tell me if I have a meal Like My dinner this evening that just has peas. can I make up with a couple of fruits. It shows in the Extra Easy book, fish chips and mushy peas but no other super food.icon5.gif

My dinners don't always have superfree food with them but I try to snack on fruit during the day. I am still losing weight (when I am sticking to plan that is) but if my weight started to plateau then I would maybe start upping the superfrees at every meal. Try it and see how you get on :)

I wouldn't have thought that was too synful a meal depending on whether any butter or anything mashed into the neeps. Just checked and 6 syns for 100g for haggis although if you pour whisky over it it'll be more!;)

It will have whisky on it, and trifle to follow plus copious amounts of alcohol ;)

So on top of feeling happy about my loss last night I am also chuffed with a NSV.

My jeans were getting a bit too baggy so I ordered a new pair in the next size down. They arrived today and they fit. Woop woop!

well done to Mr TIE.. fab news :)

back from WI, disappointed with a STS.. have had speed soup and superfrees coming out of my ears this week and used, not gone over syns..

only thing I can think of is that I had my implant replaced late last week so perhaps hormones all over as nurse said that could happen..

oh well... next week for my 1 1/2 stone I guess ;)

just tucking into a lovely veg curry and rice (forgot to defrost some meat) chunky cut courgettes, potato, carrots, peppers, peas, onion, broccoli,

having a treat of a bottle of magners too!
