Congratulations and well done to all of you and hugs to those who need them xx

Had a tough week last week so expected a gain but managed to stay the same so i am pleased with that
Really want a good week this week as its half term the week after and i know im going to struggle with food and lack of gym time but i will stay positive

Yesterday was a busy but boring food day
    B apple, mullerlight
L pasta, baked beans, cheese (A) greek muller light (1/2)
    D eggy bread (B) kitkat (5 1/2)
I need to try and remember to get some more superfree's on days like that
    :APlanning on being debt free:A

Been shopping this morning, hobbling along through the aisles, so all stocked up with lovely veg and fruit and I can't wait until tonights tea which will be cheese burger (with very small wholemeal bun, HEB and HEA) and home made wedges and making coleslaw as well.

Have a lovely, tasty day today

At risk of sounding like the Superfree police, will that coleslaw have enough veg in it to count as a third of your plate (and remember to syn your mayo)?;)

    Enjoy!

WI later, don't feel like I've lost but will see?!

    My losses have been
    -5, +1/2, -2.5, -1/2, -2.5, sts, -2.5, -1.5, sts, -4 (2 weeks loss) +1/2, -2.5

I was buzzing after that first loss then put on the next week!.. And other than the gain week before last I have pretty much stuck to the plan and have used but never gone over syns.. eat a good balance of food..

know I haven't drank enough water but have most of this week had at least 1.5L a day.. will carry that on..

I've looked at perhaps having smaller portion sizes and starting some exercise as BP getting back to normal now and knees ache less!

Well done losers and all.. Doubt i'll get my club 10 tonight but hope I get the 1lb needed for 1.5 stone!

Glad you are keeping a eye out, it is good to be reminded.
Yes, it will cause I will be having veg soup today as well and making a beetroot salad as well. Will be making the coleslaw dressing with fat free from. frais/yogurt/lightest mayo, I like it quite on the dry side rather than swimming in dressing and will grate an apple through it as well. I love my fruit and veg thank goodness.

Just had tinned mackerel with a big salad.
  • Thanks all for your help and advice re my meals. All taken on board.

It's difficult to get out of the mind frame that one has to feel hunger to lose weight. At WI this morning, I recorded 1.5lb loss. So that's 7.5 lbs in my first 3 weeks. Lady who joined same time as me has lost more than twice that, and has been eating much much more than me.

    Today:
    B. Orange
    L. Starter of poached salmon with mini whole meal sub roll (HexB)
Followed by chicken livers, onions, broccoli, carrots.
    Followed by summer fruits .
    D. Guinea fowl, SW wedgies, salad.
2 glasses white wine 12 syns

Hex A is my SS milk allowance in coffees as per usual

Hope Frogga is okay. Please check in and let us know

I think its best not to compare others losses.. I was tearing my hair out over sisters and mine to start with but have come to the way of thinking of slow and steady.. so long as its coming off i'll take anything ;)

a girl in my group lost 10lb in one week.. she's not big either.. but she had gained 9 the week before.. I wouldn't fancy that up and down each WI.. happy with my 1-2lbs off a week, think its better long term..

well done, over half a stone in 3 weeks is great ;)

  • I'm still 2lb heavier than lightest weight pre-xmas so I'm back on it now. Run out of countdown too so now feel like I should have lost more than I have. 3 weeks until holiday, hoping for another 7lbs by then. Got dinner out on Saturday, haggis neeps and tatties for belated burns night, other than that I don't think I have any plans that would mean eating off-plan.

    Food diary today:

B- mango, grapes, melon, bread and philly (A&B)
L- pasta, rest of philly (A)
D- Mince, potatoes, courgettes, carrots, onions

S- banana, mullerlight, galaxy choc (2), pasta pot (1.5), oatibix bar (3)

Can i just say for those who are unable to exercise the new magazine due out next week 4th feb has an article on front page about a lady who has lost a considerable amount of weight without exercising - just so no one gets disheartened that the weight isnt shifting or feeling bad because they cant do anything to exercise.
