It's difficult to get out of the mind frame that one has to feel hunger to lose weight. At WI this morning, I recorded 1.5lb loss. So that's 7.5 lbs in my first 3 weeks. Lady who joined same time as me has lost more than twice that, and has been eating much much more than me.
Today:
B. Orange:eek:
did you run out of yogurt:rotfl:

Your menu today looks much better and quite luxurious! Glad you didn't take offence at being nagged yesterday.:)psychopathbabble wrote: »Got dinner out on Saturday, haggis neeps and tatties for belated burns night,
I wouldn't have thought that was too synful a meal depending on whether any butter or anything mashed into the neeps. Just checked and 6 syns for 100g for haggis although if you pour whisky over it it'll be more!;)0 -
EE...
Breakfast - Porridge (HEB) and banana
Snack - Apple, Special K bar (using these up and won't buy again, not worth 5 syns!)
Lunch - Grilled chicken with a massive salad
Treat - Tiny bar of dark chocolate (no label, but estimating 6 syns)
Snack - Lactofree cheese (HEA)
Dinner - Salmon and vegetables (didn't end up having this yesterday, had chicken instead)
Pudding - FF yoghurt (0.5)Banjo_Bear wrote: »Thanks all for your help and advice re my meals. All taken on board.

Today:
B. Orange
L. Starter of poached salmon with mini whole meal sub roll (HexB)
Followed by chicken livers, onions, broccoli, carrots.
Followed by summer fruits .
D. Guinea fowl, SW wedgies, salad.
2 glasses white wine 12 syns
Hex A is my SS milk allowance in coffees as per usual
Hope Frogga is okay. Please check in and let us know
If it's the M&S mini subs, just a note that 2 rolls is your HEB allowance. Love those things. And to join in on the eat more wagon, I'd suggest more for breakfast or at least adding in a mid-morning snack if you can't face too much food first thing. Rest of the day looks great though.
And try not to compare yourself to others, over 5lbs per week is a massive loss and not really sustainable long term. As long as the scale is going down over time, you're heading in the right direction. An average of 2.5lbs per week is a good loss.stef240377 wrote: »Can i just say for those who are unable to exercise the new magazine due out next week 4th feb has an article on front page about a lady who has lost a considerable amount of weight without exercising - just so no one gets disheartened that the weight isnt shifting or feeling bad because they cant do anything to exercise.
Checked my calendar last night and it's saying 14th Feb release date, although I know it's released earlier to groups. Just for anyone like me who doesn't attend and panics because they can't find it next week.0 -
Hi all. Have just been reading through everyone's posts to get motivated again. I'm at my heaviest ever. I have been to SW clubs several times but always seem to put the weight back on. We are having a very thrifty year this year and so I am going to try and go it alone. I have all the books but am struggling to get myself going again. Hoping that by logging on here regularly I will be able to get going. I'm walking the Moonwalk again this May and really feel unfit compared to last year....Slimming World: SD: 2.05.16 SW: 13st10lb
Goal: 11st 10lb by my birthday in August
