  • Congratulations to Mr TIE! You both must be happy :)

Tomorrow we have training (my last session with starting work on Monday! boo!) Plus I have to drop off a load of stuff that belongs to the other project at a local community centre so busy busy busy morning. Going to pick up some decent-ish work clothes from my parents whilst I'm there too!

    Tomorrows plan is looking like:

B: porridge (1HeB) made with water, sliced banana and 1tsp golden syrup (2syn)
L: satsumas, banana, yogurt (2.5syn - it's EasiYo :) ), Ham and cheese sammich (cheese from HeA, Wholemeal roll as 2HeB)
T: Cottage pie from the freezer - currently defrosting in the fridge :) (8syn plus cheese from HeA)

Should be far too busy to snack but will be carrying spare supplies just in case. Also will have a pack of Special K biscuit moments (5syn) but expect to forget about them in the depths of my handbag!

So on top of feeling happy about my loss last night I am also chuffed with a NSV.

My jeans were getting a bit too baggy so I ordered a new pair in the next size down. They arrived today and they fit. Woop woop!

    Well done fannyanna,

Oooh that must feel so good. :T

I can't wait until I can fit into my smaller onesie :)

:j:j:j Managed a 2lb loss this week so am absolutely over the moon, something somewhere must have worked. Got my long awaited 2 stone award. Was all set to pout and be miserable with food diary in hand aswell. So now im home i can have my veggie paella and relax.
Thanks for all the words of encouragement this week it really does help to be part of a communtiy of like minded people who know exactly what everyone else is feeling rather than having the sneering looks in group from the takeaway gang who have lost and the raging alcoholics who have drank their way through the week.:T

Thanks for all your well wishes everyone getsmiley.php?show=5693, I am just so relieved. Poor man has been out of work and desperately looking for 14 months. He has applied for 100s of jobs [thats no exaggeration] with hardly any responses never mind interviews so this is just brilliant. He can't wait for Monday now :D. I on the other hand now have something else to worry about [such a worry wort], son has to drive hubby to work so he can get to work himself. Only thing is he hasn't driven solo EVER . Also hasn't been behind the wheel since passing in August as couldn't afford the insurance, hes saved for the down payment and can just afford the monthly payments on his pathetic apprenticeship money so just needs the experience again. Will be driving to work tomorrow with hubby beside him as well as home again and we will be out and about the weekend so he will drive everywhere. I will be in the back with my eyes closed and hanging on to the door handle for dear life :rotfl:.

    So after that essay [sorry] food has been;
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee x2, glass of water
    S - carrot
    L - hm carrot & lentil soup with pasta, 2x plum toms, apple/pineapple/yog, 2x choc thins [7]
T - jacket spuds, beans, scrambled egg, roasted onion, toms, cheese [a&b], tom sauce [1]
    Syns - 8

    Friday tomorrow getsmiley.php?show=5534getsmiley.php?show=5666
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Thanks I'll try that, I 'm getting desperate. I am trying too hard I think

I find it difficult sometimes to get the superfree into a meal. I just look at it as something I can work on if my weight loss starts stalling. Try it, but with caution :)

  • hi all,

congrats to everyone this week :) i have decided it might help me to post my food diarys on here too
my day is as follows EE

    b pear &banana
    l mugshot
d pork stir fry rice and small wm roll(heb)
    s green tea, coffees (HEAS)

Havent had any syns today but only because i have been so busy but also hoping for a drink over weekend
also this is my first week on SW and i have stuck to the EE plan each day since sunday, averaging around 10 syns a day and eating lots of fruit and veg. I am 5 days into SW and suffering with really bad constipation ( to my horror and embarrassment) - has this happened to anyone else ?
apart from this problem i am finding the diet ok so far and cannot wait for my first WI on sunday , just wondered if anyone has any tips to help me as i do not want to have to resort to pills. :(:(

When are you due to weigh in?
Looking at what you have posted you may want to eat a little more for breakfast something more substantial than fruit if yo u can manage it so that it helps to keep hunger at bay.
As for the constipation drink is your friend, your body has gone into over drive because of the extra fibre you are now eating so to help break that down you need extra fluids and i think its safe to say at some point we have all been there.

Thank you all for the congratulations and well wishes they are very much appreaciated.

tie let us all know what time your son is on the road and we will all stop at home :rotfl:

im not due to weigh in until sunday ,
you are right about the breakfast thing of course, i knew it would be a problem as i hate having breakfast and have to force something to eat mid morning ( ie fruit ) as i cannot bear anything other than a hot drink until then. I used to drink several coffees first thing on a morning and at work but since quitting smoking four weeks ago i have switched it to green lemon teas instead as i try to get out of the coffee and ciggie habit , if you know what i mean.
but i do realise i need to try and eat something other thatn fruit on a morning and ill have a think about that for next week maybe ..... all the other meals are fine tho :) im always hank by lunch and dinner lol :rotfl:
