Hi all,
WI today - 1lb, not as much as I would have liked as its only the second week but still must be pleased with that. I looked back at previous times I have done SW and I have done exactly the same losses as a previous time.
I would like to lose 1 1/2 lbs by next week so I would then have lost that first half stone.
PLAN -
No alcohol this week!
No takeaway this week- cook SW recipe instead

It's finally happened - the urge to binge on junk food.
Having a bad day today. I don't feel too well and also feel low mood wise. Usual cure would be to comfort myself with food but I'm trying desperately to resist.0 -

Awh, fannyanna, I felt like that yesterday.
I managed to satisfy myself by making some SW chips to have with dinner. But then had to go to bed early as my wife was drinking red wine and eating Chocs .....drool drool.
I feel good today that I didn't succumb though.0 -

Good plan anychance. I'd cook a SW curry or a stirfry if we are at home on a Saturday night so that it feels like an Indian or a Chinese. Personally I have alcohol at the weekend but if you don't you'll have plenty of spare syns.0 -
