banjo~you could make a broccoli soup & then blitz it.
Also someone suggested a broccoli cheese which I have made and tis very nice.
Pasta with brocolli and a tomoato sauce is also good.

broccoli and potato soup is lush... bit of hex a cheese in or a dollop of ex light philly.. yum! ;)

could use a bit of natural yoghurt or quark to make it a bit creamier and keep it free

This is how i have been feeling since xmas. In total i have lost a whopping 1lb the other 2 weeks have been STS. Not due to weigh till this thursday. I have been really disheartened and like you mentioned felt like crying because nothing is shifting so fingers crossed thrashing out on the free step for 45mins on the Wii every morning this week will help. Have you been filling in food diaries?
This is one thing i have done since xmas aswell as posting on here daily and consultant can only tell me to do SE which im rather loathe to do as following the plans as they are should be enough to see a loss even not a great one a week i would be happy with 0.5lb a week!!:(
Have you lost in inches at all?

Broccoli roasted in the oven is good too, the edges go a bit crispy. Never done it with spray light though, always used olive oil but should work ok, and sprinkle with a bit of low low cheese, even my teenagers like it done that way.
