Morning...well I think it's still the middle of the night really...no one should have to get up at this time :rotfl:
So day 3 of 4 shift wise. A few quiet days for a change! Yesterday I found myself blooming starving though by the time I got home, don't think I ate nearly enough, so am prepared today. I had my normal foods yesterday, so don't know what was going on, so have made a salad last night to take, along with a Batchelors savoury rice, free cottage cheese, ham, fruit...you name it, it's there!
Thank god for the frozen batch cooked meals when I got in, otherwise I know I would have just grabbed something, no matter what it was.
Talking of which, I better go get one out of the freezer for tonight!
Have a good day everyonex

Good morning all, interview number four today! Have to say the most ideal one to get would be the one from yesterday but this one sounds like a lot of fun even though it's not permanent.
Today:
Breakfast: toasted wholemeal roll (1HeB) half with baked beans, half with 1/2tsp jam (1syn), satsuma
Lunch: thinking a poached eggs on toasted wholemeal roll (2HeB) once back home, fruit
Tea: grilled chicken topped with a little tomato puree, bacon and cheese ('pizza chicken') served with veggies and probably some smash for me and oven chips for bf - would have chips and syn them but I'm not convinced our scales are right, as I've said before, so don't think so!
Think I ended up over syns slightly yesterday because of a couple of cheeky segments from a chocolate orange so going to try and stay at 8-10 for a little while whilst these craving pass (think it's due to the back end of *week).
So syns today:
jam in my breakfast - 1syn
hot choc later on - 2 syn
and maybe a spack of those special k biscuit moments - 5syn
Speaking of them - anyone else tried them? i got the strawberry ones on offer at Tesco for 99p a box and someone who works with bf sent him home with some choc ones for me. they're so nice! A bit like pop tarts but not so sickly/toothache-y************************************

Hello all :hello:
First of all, have only caught up on a few pages but congrats Nessie! :j
Back from my course, and although it went well I didn't have much choice over food and since it was in Belgium there was much consumption of chips and mayonnaise, waffles, chocolate and beer (even though I don't drink beer!). Tbh I didn't mind too much that I knew I'd gained, and I didn't get back on it until yesterday even though I got back on Fri night. Anyway, was expecting about 6lb gain so was quite pleased when it was only 3.5 - I was good the week before I went and it is * week too so am fine with it. Best thing was that since I've lost 4+ stone I felt good when I was there - didn't feel like the fat one and the plane seat belt had a fair bit of slack on it - could only just do it up when I last flew, a month before I joined SW
Have booked a beach holiday for late Sept and [STRIKE]want to[/STRIKE] WILL be at target so got 8 months to lose around 3 stone- not sure exactly what I want to be but will see when I get closer. Head is in gear and I'm on a mission to get back on it properly. With that in mind, I'm doing a paper diary this week as well as putting my menu on here, and am double checking syn values/HEs. EE today:
B: Porridge (B), milk (A), banana
L: Lentil and bacon soup, satsuma
T: Lasagne (2 for cheese)
S: Shape apple crumble yogurt (0.5), wholemeal pitta (7), Freddo (5)
Have a great day all2011: [STRIKE]Houses[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]weddings[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]cats[/STRIKE]
2012: [STRIKE]Start renovating new house (aka open enormous can of worms)[/STRIKE] _pale_
2013: [STRIKE]Lose weight[/STRIKE], [STRIKE]get fit[/STRIKE] and FINISH THE HOUSE!

Morning all
Feeling glum this morning..had gain of 1.5lbs last night :mad::( which i am VERY peeved about because i stuck to plan and only had the one night where i had a few extra syns (on friday pm). I deliberately left about 10 syns free for the 2 glasses of wine i had - the only extra was the mini pack of buttons & 2 biscuits. I would have been able to accept the gain if i had gone crazy at weekend but i didnt.
I honestly nearly started crying last night during group..:(..anyway in my gloom i stopped off at the garage and bought a massive bar of cadburys oreo and then devoured the lot in one sitting. Talk about self sabotage. Then i had the "must calorie count" & "lets quit SW " thoughts ..its a never ending spiral.
So today is a new day though. I will just have to accept the fact that for whatever reason i gained...
Having a green day today -
B - 60g all bran golden crunch (hex b x2 & hex a milk)
L - 2 quorn chicken fillets with lime & chilli topping (free double checked this morning ) & tin of spag hoops
D - Batchelors cheese & broccoli (been sat in the cupboard eons so i think they may still be free -) with veggies
snacks - pineapple, options (2), fat free flump (2) & muller light turkish delight & crackers/choccie philly (to use some syns up)
