......I use 2tbsps yogurt to 1 tbsp mint sauce and then sweeten to taste. Using Total 0% makes a thicker 'dip' than normal yoghurt. Obviously you can up the quantities if you want to make loads. Will the family be sharing?
BTW, :Ton resisting the chocolate cheesecake.
Thanks maman,
I've got a small pizza for the kids just in case they don't like the pakoras and chicken tikka. But hopefully they will.
I've just been decorating 12 mini donuts with chocolate spread and marshmallow/chocolate button toppings, for the kids.
Now one of them rolled on the floor ( donuts, not the kids) and the dog has woofed it up. Bet they won't believe me and think I've had one LOL.
Hello to fellow newbies like me. This is a really friendly, helpful place. Glad I found it0 -
Thanks for the link zippy.
welcome mollyjoe, and of course we'll help you! I totally agree with zippy that you aren't having much food. That's particularly worrying as you said you starved yourself before and it all went back on. You've only had three syns all day and you could have up to 15, are you saving them? Have a good look through the list of SF's. Tell us which you would/could eat. Don't you like potatoes/pasta? Your tea looks tiny unless there's a mountain of veg. Keep posting!
Hi maman,
I wasn't sure if I could save them up.?
On a different day I have used all 15.
I eat potatoes, having been having jackets with prawns.
I don't like pasta.
Superfree's I wrote from the list that I can eat:
Oranges
Pickled Onions
Beetroot
Carrot
Turnip
Apple
Banana
Brocoli
Sprouts
Apples
Grapes
Pears
Thank youMollyJoe0 -

Had a very stressful morning and did something I never normally do. Used food to cheer me up! I ate almost half a tub of Choccy Philly. No idea how many syns, don't care and don't want to know.:(

Thanks for that stef - does that mean that I can use most of the 6 scanbran (ie 5) as a heb then?? That would be a good way to eat them:DNew start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 .
