Didn't fancy anything straight away so 2 satsumas it was, going to have my bran flakes and banana in a moment.

Hm pizza for tea - half is 12syns and bf wants one all to himself so i may actually make 2 smaller ones from mine and keep the second in the fridge or freeze it maybe

Good morning everyone, I hope you all have had a great week. WI last night and lost 3.5 lbs, so thats a total loss of 5.5 lbs in 2 weeks, so am very happy :-)
Today's menu is
B. 2weetabix with a bannana
L. A large superfree salad with a couple of boiled eggs and an apple
D. Sw vegetable pakoras, with sw lentil Dahl, and boiled rice.
S. A mullerlite

I am still in my pyjamas
I've worked 70 odd hours since Saturday, and I feel like I've been run over by a big truck today. I've managed to stay on track tho, which I am quite pleased about. Not got on the scales, like I said I wouldn't, but think I've done ok.
I really should get outside to get some fresh air and some exercise, but I really just can't be a$$ed. Plus it's peeing down
Need to do my meal planning today as I have to go to Mr T's later... (uurrghh do I have to? :rotfl:)
Hopefully I can perk myself up a bit, but I just feel so drained.

That is the very one, I only used brocolli, cauilflower, onion & potato.
Very nice pakora sauce, I counted as one syn as I only had a little & watered it down with milk from my allowance as it was too thick for me.
125g nat yoghurt
50g tomato sauce
pinch salt
1/2 tsp mint sauce
1/2 tsp chilli (however hot you want)
cpl drops lemon juice
Mix all together, makes a lot as i said, I only took couple tbsps from main mixture & added milk to thin, I cannot remember how to insert picture or I would show you pic:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

B - 1/2 Melon, berries n Nat yoghurt
L - SW Quiche - Bacon, leek, & sweet potato (a) salad followed by melon, strawberries
D - HM Salmon fishcakes (1/2 b), actifry herby roasties, either salad or cauliflower
Snacks - banana, toffee muller, alpen light (1/2 b), wine for watching CBB final & perhaps a wee bag of french fries, will see how I feel later.

Red day for me today -
B - 3 slices of lean bacon with Hex B WM toast & 1/2 Hex A low fat cream cheese
L - HM Spag bol with 1/2 Hex A low fat cheddar (2 syns for wine)
D - Steak, SW Chips (hex b allowance) with Field mushrooms
Snacks - pineapple, muller light toffee, blueberries, options (2), fat free flump (1.5),
Will be having a couple of glasses of wine later (will buy the mini bottles rather than a full size) (8 syns?? not sure on exact value. Would need to check.)

well done on the losses.. we had loads of new people start at my group after the christmas.. its got a bit chaotic but sure it'll calm down again.. consultant has to whizz around everyone to fit all in..
