Great progress everyone. I hope you're all keeping safe in this weather, and making good use of your spare time.
I've been eBaying, revising and making fair progress on my window blanket!
I have a snow day today so I'll be carrying on the above and decluttering my bedroom. Wooo!:D0 -
Sorted through boxes of nail varnishes and decluttered:
27 nail varnishes (past their best so binned)
8 more nail varnishes (brand new so going on ebay)
Assorted brand new make up (ebay)
Cuticle cream (bin)
Nail buffer (yucky nail varnish on it, bin)
The new make up items were free with magazine subscriptions, need to motivate myself to take pictures and ebay them all.0 -
Right.. my houe is going to burst.. christmas has seemingly undone all my very very hard work of the last year so I am back, with a vengence and lots and lots of binbags!
Christmas eve the boys took 6 binbags and 1 box to charity shop!!
This I am going through kitchen cupboards to fit the storage boxes and stuff in neatly and make sure all the crockery fits in.
I have purchased new wooden spoons after mine snapped
Recycling and rubbish and composting out so far today so I have room to actually see what I am sorting through.. into the pan cupboard we go!! I got a new pressure cooker for christmas.. old one went in the recycling months ago.

Well done Shaz, some bigs things sorted out there.
I'd hang on to the photos, maybe give some to your son now and keep the rest in case he wants them in the future. It's difficult I know, but it's good for kids to be able to know something about both sides of their family. Maybe keep enough to put into a little album, which you can show to your son when you think it's appropriate.
I split up with my DD's Dad when she was young, he's not been great about keeping in touch but she does have a small album of photos of us together when she was little. That way I know I've done what I can for her to know him.0 -
I had a quick tidy and hoover through the house this morning whilst completely childfree for once. Isn't it amazing how quickly you can whizz through jobs when you are on your own?! I even managed to wash the downstairs floors and get an hour of admin work done.
-Found DS's reading record book which got lost in DD's room last week
-Packed up three ebay items ready to post tomorrow
I have yet to find my watch which seems to have gotten lost in the house (or snow covered garden) at some point this weekend!0 -
Amidst all the decluttering I have lost a pair if uggs and all duvet covers for my bed! Changed my bed this am and have not been able to find any covers! Have put the kids covers into their wardrobes but mine are missing! At least I still have sheets and pillow cases! Hoping they will turn up soon!No more toys til Xmas 2022 , mfw 2023 challenge , Trying to not waste food , time or money and appreciate the moment more!0

We are having a snow day. I've decluttered my bedside table, just one or two empty boxes to go. I've also sorted my wardrobe and shelves. About 5 items of clothing for the charity shop. Next, my shelves where I keep my toiletries, make up etc. Got rid of lots of old stuff, old lipsalves, body scrub (a bit pongy) and face cream.
Having a 10 minute break then will start again. I don't like to waste a snowday!
