    hi please note i have today received the letter advising that i need to pay the two fines ?

    Please can any one advise me to what I should do as the tickets where issued in Dec 2012 we are now in May 2013 and I am now without a job

    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    As for protections of freedoms act, the advice with regards to private parking tickets may have changed slightly from ignore, to challenge the via popla, but that is just playing it safe.
