    Is there anything in the forum administration that would bring up a message to anyone before they even enter this section? Ie you click the parking forum bit on the main page, then you are given a textbox, and a tick button to confirm you have read it, the box basically has all the same info.

    I also have to say I mainly posted here because I read through the MSE article 'Fight Private Parking Tickets' - and since my ticket was not 'unfair' as such (I had stayed longer than the clearly marked maximum stay) and also left me with the impression that the BPA was some authority on Parking Fines rather than just a shady front for the scammers to legitimise their charges so imo, with all due respect to MSE, that is a part of the issue too. If they even put up the watchdog video on that article it would clarify the issue immensely. Legally I appreciate the need to use the term 'often unnenforcable' and 'often invalid' but this could be helped by some statistics (I can't find them now, but the miniscule percentage of these charges that are actually taken to court, and then won by the company).

    The small claim figures are 1,800,000 fake PCNs issued in 2011 of which just forty-nine actually bothered to try a small claim! Of those, more than half were defended and won by the motorist (the twenty-three losses would have included undefended cases, badly defended cases, and those where the motorist did not turn up, maybe because they'd moved house & knew nowt about it).

    I know EXACTLY what you mean. I come on here about once or twice a month and almost every new post asking the same thing. It gets on my nerves, so it must being doing the regulars heads in. How hard can it be to read a few stickies? When will people realise its a simple matter of ignoring the !!!!!? Can't fathom it out and that's why I won't be back. You can only help people who help themselves so good luck everyone, thanks for all the advise from the regulars and all you dirty !!!!ing scumbags PPC ****sucking mother !!!!ers who's wheels are falling of their cash cow, I hope you all rot in hell for the distress you cause people.
    PPC = SCUM
