I managed to place my online order but it was really hard work!

I didn't fancy many of the offers plus my mind went a bit blank lol and I had loads of vouchers to use so went through those first.

Curry night will be well and truly sorted :D

I managed in the end by adding on another pack of lager

Hoping to be able to sit in the garden with my luuurvly husband with a cold lager whilst the boys boing up and down on their trampoline :rotfl:

Forgot to say Tesco have the 5p off a litre of fuel when you spend £50 or more until 14th July

I'll be filling my tank up on Friday to the litre (thanks Mara) rather than the pound.

And another tip is when you are filling without a voucher always fill to an even sum eg £16 not £15 and keep it in whole pounds - only get points for every £2 on fuel

Boy is it really muggy today! Could be rain later.

1st July tomorrow - where has the year gone? Never mind it will soon be Christmas at this rate :rotfl:

DS1 wants a laptop and DS2 wants an Ipad mini, I have warned them that if they want such expensive items then they will only be having 1 present each. DS2 being a smartie pants turned round and said yes but my birthday is one week after Christmas so I will get something else :p his idea of something else is a £75 watch!
He has such expensive tastes, he has his father's ways!

I will never have a new car at this rate :D

so now my thoughts are turning to food, I am allowing £4.30 per day x 175 days. This is mainly for evening meals and weekend food so it should be easy to stick to, food prices permitting!

Must save for our holibobs as well, 6 weeks to go :j I asked DH how much does he think we will need ie £500? No he thinks we will need more. We are only going for a week. I'll save more though I have no intentions of spending that much tbh and he gets a payday whilst we are away.

Must remember to book the boys into private day care over the school holidays as well, it's a good job I get childcare vouchers.

OK enough for the mo, I have an interesting thread to finish elsewhere.

    Evening All :D

Well such fun I had today in Tesco :j:j

The one I went to has the new barcode scanners you put on your trolley and as you go round you scan your own shopping - must scan every single item even if you buy 6 of something - and you can see exactly what you are spending as you go round the store too! Easy peasy to use :j I loved it!

The idea is you scan as you go round and pack your bags at the same time, you go to the payment part and scan the barcode and your order downloads onto it. Since you scan your clubcard before you start shopping everything is on there so just pay and go - simples :j
At last a way to shop that's entertaining!

Oh and I had a 5p off a litre of fuel so DH had that one :T

    Win-win.

This is quite true Igamogam but on the other hand higher staff labour costs = higher prices (allegedly :) )
