OOooo I just love it when I am right - told ya so
I mentioned in earlier posts about there being certain posters who set themselves up on MSE with the sole objective of creating a following so they can be spirited away to elsewhere.
I mentioned the person sat at a table writing because I can see them as plain as day - they might as well be sat in front of me I can see them so clearly, ha.
There are even sock accounts, false accounts set up to increase the number of followers, waiting to gee-up the legit users.
I am having attacks of the psychic kind again :rotfl:
Anyway, apart from being rightI need to look into a proper savings plan as I need to save so I can leave work next year. I can't decide whether to leave at Hallowe'en as I think that would be very fitting. Though if I left on 31/12/2014 I would get my end of year bonus so decisions, decisions

OK so I need £860 by 5/9/13
£755 by the beginning of Jan 2014
and £1615 by the end of August 2014 - I expect to have £800 in savings coming out around easter time 2014 so only £815 to save really.
In addition I need to save so I can have a small income whilst I complete my studies.
I can do it but I need to put my savings somewhere safe lol.Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
Hi kittie had a read through your diary love the fact you always seem so upbeat I wish I were the same! I'm completely confused by your cryptic messages concerning AE though
:rotfl: doesn't take a lot for me to get confused though if I'm honest
Glad your holiday away was good, this summer seems to have flown by

Hi dfw321 :j
I just rabbit away to myself not really realising people might be reading :rotfl:
Don't worry about the coded messages, just my little obsession as I like people to be honest - but that's how I am and I say too much sometimes
Re the upbeatedness ( probably a made up word there lol) I spent too many years being wide awake at 3am worrying about things when I finally worked out that
1) nothing can be changed at such a silly time of the morning
2) there is more to life than worrying about money
So now I live my life as freely as I can, and as long as my little family has a roof over its head and food on the table and is safe and warm then everything else is a bonus.
My only one wish atm is that I can afford to pay for my degree courses as I didn't have the opportunity to go to uni when I was 18 and it's looking fine currently.
Thanks for reading btw :TKarma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
Totally agree I'm far too honest on here sometimes and wonder if people in RL have guessed who I am a few times! I did my degree when I was late 20s
not done much with it unfortunately as I fell pg twice on the degree lol so now am bk to being a full time mum

At least you have completed it and no-one can take it away from you :T
I'm hoping to have mine completed before I'm 45 as I will still have another 22 years to work before I can get a state pension as things stand
I am crossing my fingers that I will be made redundant in the very near future as I recently found out I could get funding towards other training as well. I've been wanting redundancy for the last 2 years and it hasn't come up for me yet though. Never mind I'm still drawing a wage.
Being a mother is a really important job - not something I could do permanently though so I think you're very braveKarma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
Soooo theeeen it's the 20th August and payday is at the end of this week - hurrah :j
Hoping to be on track to pay for my courses mainly because I don't want to extend the time I take to complete my degree. So I'll be working 4 days a week, looking after the family and studying full time from October - woo-hoo :T I love being mentally busy-busy so don't be surprised dear diary John if I am not able to give you my full attention.
Renewable energy here I come.........:j
Have to watch out for the Yuletide 'hot-spot' but otherwise should be OK.
Must concentrate on finishing my end of course assignment for my current course as I really need a pass, a bit hard when it is such a sloooow course and hasn't held my interest. I thought I might learn a bit more about people - not how much street furniture exists in one place bahaha
Not to worry, back to my beloved science and maths stuffyou gotta love numbers, and boy do I loves numbers!

What a day for a daydream - (loving spoonful)
So here I am on my lovely reclining leather armchair dreaming of what can be....

Escape from the world and all it's madness and badness!
Q) How do I get there?
A) By working hard at my studies to give me the skills to be able to design my own home, by saving up and by hard graft
I've got the first part in hand, everything just can't happen quick enough!
So it's payday on Friday and I need to keep a close eye on my money - I must pay for courses so I cannot spend, I must pay for courses so I cannot spend :rotfl:
The way I figure it, once I have skills I can trade them for even more money to reach my goals quicker. This is my strategy so we will see how it goes. I could do with being made redundant too from the workhouse #boringjobsrus
OK the old brainbox is whirring so I need to get some more ideas :TKarma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
Evening All :j
Well did I say I was going to take another course in October? Well scrap that as the husband's car will be gobbling up my course fees moneyboo-hoo-hoo.
Never mind, I need to save for the course starting in February - and I will save the £750 I need by 1st Jan otherwise there will be lots of trouble!
It will be nice to have a small break in between my courses anyway so not all bad news, it just means that my degree end date will be put back by 6 months or so. Best not to get stressed about it, it isn't the end of the world
Anyway the car should be fixed on Tuesday, I could do with it being ready on Tuesday as I have to go for scans on Wednesday and I don't want to be running around all day long.
That's all Folks!Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
Oh no boo to the car they always break down at the worst time!
You know after reading your diary I went off googling how to buy my own land and building a house lol decided it's out of my budget for now so then googlrd living on your land with a caravan, this looks far more affordable but would apparently pee the neighbours off :rotfl: amazing what goggle can tell you :rotfl: (would still like to do it though)
