    Blue box alert - Warning, this is an information service from the future :D

    Well this year apparently my mission was to uncover corruption and deceit and bearing that in mind I rather spookily fear I have had a flash of the future :eek:

    I fear someone is having a joke at the expense of others, they are pretending to be someone, and one of an online community and others are going along with it all because they see this person as being the genuine article.

    All I can see come 2014 is "Ha-ha this has been one big joke to see who would fall for it - and guess what you all did"

    It's hard to sort the wheat from the chaff so be vigilant.

    See I said I should be called Kosmik kittie :) OK back in my blue box I go.

    No Mara, it most definitely is not you :rotfl: or Iggy come to that :)

    Hoping the blue box will buzz off soon if I'm honest cos I'm getting sick of seeing it now :mad:

    I'll go back to ruin hunting, I can't get into trouble then :rotfl:

    Heeelllooo and what a fabby day it is today :j:j I did actually jump out of bed this morning as it was so lovely outside. I had my morning cuppa in the garden - lovely jubbly.

    Financials;

    My stunningly gorgeous and lovely husband has said we should do something about clearing our debts, which was music to my ears :T At last he is seeing the financial lightbulb :D

    I want to be thoroughly committed and pay off the car and the mortgage within the next 12 months and whilst he is talking the talk I need him to actually carry out what we set.

    We will see, I know his heart is in the right place it's just he's a spender and I am not :rotfl:

    Oh well, we are happily married and mad about each other so anything else is a bonus :love:

    Elsewhere;

    My youngest son will be starting Junior school in September so he has little time left at his current school. He is growing up far too quickly, but he will always be my baby boy - even when he's 45 :D at least he has lost his orangeyness, he just eats them now instead.

    Finally;

    My fave topic now, people posting under different user names. The blatant cheek of some makes me howl, especially when they use their AE to promote their main threads. Numbers must be dwindling, cannot imagine why :rotfl::rotfl:

    Just like the rice krispie squares - it's all lies and they're not even square! I on the other hand can see right through them :naughty:

    It's absolutely boiling in sunny Wales today :)

    OK after darling husband had a financial brainwave I am planning to pay the car debt off on 4th July, £1225 to go.

    I have also posted on my MFW thread about clearing my mortgage 7 years and 1 month early or in 11 months once I start overpaying in September.

    I will be mortgage free before my bd in 2015! I'm looking at the last payment being end July 2014 so it's a big ask but once it's paid the house belongs to us and no one else has a claim on it!

    So starting 13/06/2013 we have 13.5 months to get rid of all our secured debt totalling £12,975. Phew I'm exhausted just looking at that figure. I think I need a relax in my recliner :D

    Debt 1 - £1225 needs paying by 4th July 2013, £0 ptd.

    Debt 2 - £11750 needs paying by 31 July 2014, £0 ptd.

    Ooooo my husband is a jammy so-and-so :rotfl:

    He went on a bingo site earlier and won over £600 on the slots. He transferred £570 over to his bank so I am hoping he will either

    a) give me a bit extra towards the car

    b) save some for spending money on our holibobs

    c) both of the above :D

    He is a spender though, and he informed me earlier that if it wasn't for him spending then the country would be on its knees :D

    So everyone should be thankful apparently, because he is keeping the economy going :rotfl: He is so naughty :D

    Evening all :D

    I've got £31 in direct debits to come out of my bank until payday. Extra special payday this month as we get a bonus - yay :j

    I have been daydreaming and working out how much I will need to pay towards the mortgage each month to get rid of it in 11 months = £1015 and we will have to be super-frugalistas for those 11 months. I really need to get rid of this as it will enable me to re-brand myself :D

    This will mean no taking DS2 shopping as I end up spending a tenner every time we go shopping with £9 of that being stuff for him and DS1!

    DH will have to understand the whys and hows as well.

    Once this is paid off we can start saving for our forever home :T

    Hope everyone is OK :)

    Goooood morning from a very wet Wales! I love the rain, it makes everything grow nice and green. Wales is very green :D

    I tried to pay some of the car debt off but the Black Horse is having a bit of a mare atm - will try laters, it needs to go by the July 4th - Independence day.

    £11 of payments still to come out of the bank so not too bad, I will need petrol next week though.

    Other financial news, I have seen others saying they have had trouble with their Co-op bank cards. I am hoping to avoid any embarrassing situation but they are busy migrating accounts so you never know what might happen :) Hopefully there won't be a repeat of the Nat West fiasco, at least the husband gets paid weekly so we would be fine if the worst happened. Hope nobody else has trouble though.

    Need to go shopping later to buy clothes for the boys, they seem to have grown an inch overnight, maybe it's the rain :rotfl:

    Have a fantastic day :)

    Thanks Mara :T:T

    Another wet morning, woo-hoo! I love jumping in puddles, not on my way to work though :D

    I'm such a big kid :rotfl::rotfl:

    Finally I managed to pay £225 to Black Horse so car debt stands at £1000 straight :j. I will be soooo glad to get rid of this. I will never, ever, EVER have car finance again and wouldn't have had it in the first place if my lovely husband hadn't wanted something more able to pull a caravan. Next time I will get a car that I want and not what he wants :)

    Anyway that leaves me with £1k to pay by 4th July, 3 weeks to go so must stop buying things :j

    Well that's me for the mo, need to get the boys out of bed.
