    Probably a mod as your more likely to get a faster response as i would of thought martin receives loads of emails.

    I would of thought as the forum is open to the public the would be no problem in sending it but worth just checking to cover your back.

    We had some M&S cheese and onion slices, cooked 'em and sweet wife discovered a big lump of sasuage meat in one.

    Took them back, left name and address, told to pick a couple of bottles of wine (anything you like except the champagnes), got refund and £10 voucher there and then, along with loads of appoligies.

    Suspect c+o slice went to M&S hq for autopsy, got letter from suppliers saying it was impossible but they enclosed a £20 M+S voucher.

    I assumed all supermarkets would do this sort of thing.

    Afterall contamination of food could prove to be a huge problem if not brought to their attention very quickly....

    When did this happen??:confused::confused::confused:
    I work for the company that makes these and we haven't used sausagemeat for years and years :rolleyes:

    Something as serious as meat in a vegaterian product will almost always involve the local enviromental officer as it is a serious breach of regulations.
    I know exactly what happens with a customer complaint from M&S, and they aren't taken lightly
    So I would be interested to hear what you have to say.
