I got some left over chicken out of the freezer yesterday, so I've got a chicken and mushroom casserole in mine today.

Mine is empty but about to be used for the first time:j

I have a gammon joint that I am boiling before I pop it in with some water, a few cloves and mustard seeds and probably a couple of bay leaves. Can't wait to taste it :D

Is it sad that I am so excited?!?:o

Just got a new larger slow cooker so am v excited about trying out better recipies (new one has 3 settings old one had 1!).

This is a long thread & I have trawled through some of it (but I must go & do my mountain of ironing!) but could anyone point me in the direction of a nice lasagne recipe & a bolognaise recipe.

Today I have a pork casserole cooking - one of those recipes where you chuck in what you have!

    Thanks in advance ;)
    NEVER ASSUME!

I just use my normal bolognaise recipe, and then use the leftovers to convert to lasagne the next day. But am sure someone will have a proper SC recipe :)
