    Could somebody please help me.

i have lots of Quorn(Asda bargain), both mince and 'chicken' pieces and am looking for ideas that could be cooked in my slow cooker.

So far have only made chilli using one bag of mince and it made loads.

    Thanks

I only just bought a slow cooker yesterday so this morning i have done a chicken casserole/stew thing.

    Chicken Drumsticks
    Potatos
    Carrots
    Swede
    Parsnips
    Leeks
    Water
    Stock Cube
    Herbs

Hopes it ok or i will be having crisps for dinner?

i've got bologanise in mine today. i made it in the saucepan as usual but instead of giving it the hour the recipe says to reduce down i put it in slow cooker at 1. it is now nice and reduced and smells gorgeous.

Today I made Paprika Beef, it was really yummy. My first time using a slow cooker yay :T

Tomorrow I'm going to try a risotto, anyone done this before?

I've done risotto - i overcooked the rice. I gave it an hour on high - it only needed 45 mins i reckon.

I did a mushroom and rosemary risotto where i cooked the mushrooms for a while before adding the rice.
