Tesco Clubcard fraud - online vouchers stolen

Hi, i have just spoken to tesco clubcard customer services manager.
My vouchers were used at Brent Cross petrol station on 29/7/13 but i only found out a few days ago. (i live in bournemouth)
Tesco refuse to give me the vouchers back because they say my clubcard was used with the transaction so it must have been me and its impossible to cloan a tesco clubcard.
I am so upset, i was saving up for my sons birthday present. I have reported this to action fraud and watchdog. But what can i do!
It is interesting that in a previous post someone says you can print a temporary card, perhaps this is how they did it!

they told me i was the first person whos card was used with the vouchers.

tell them they can print one off, so if your account was hacked its easy to do

They are lying to you. Phone them back and tell them to read this thread.

Unfortunately you may need to go above their heads, email the ceo's office.

I'm surprised that was the response you got!
You could try again, this time if you, in the unlikely event, have a similar response - ask to speak to a team leader.
Or, rather than wait try facebook - Tesco have an 'official' presence there via their social media team.

CC as you may have noticed have introduced extra levels of security, and I think you are no longer able to print a temp card.

Yes you cant print off a card, also there is an extra security page so seems they are doing something at last

Received letter today from Tesco asking me to call them about "recent activity" on my cc.
Told me my cc had been hacked and they would refund the amount used and I would receive this in FEBRUARY!!!! I told them no way would I wait till then as this was not my fault.
Not happy! I had quite a lot of points as I had been saving to book a flight.

This has just happened to me too. £240 converted to £480 clubcard boost vouchers but emailed to my email. Spotted it an hour after it happened and called tesco clubcard.

Gutted. But almost more so, that my email account may be compromised as well.

I tried to boost my vouchers this week online and was unable to do so as apparently the vouchers don't belong to me. Yet i have my clubcard and the physical vouchers. I use a different email address for my tesco credit card clubcard and same problem but in this instance i need the second account holder to be there when i ring customer services, there is no second clubcard holder. I can see all my vouchers in both accounts but are not able to access them.

I don't believe people's accounts are being hacked, i think Tesco IT department have messed up.

Still waiting for a call from customer services to sort this mess out.

Yes, the IT department have messed up by not having had enough security but the accounts have been hacked, likely as an inside job.
