Tesco Clubcard fraud - online vouchers stolen

I've been in touch countless times with Tesco since I realised £92 of vouchers were stolen in May. I have even resorted to pestering them on Twitter and was today offered £28.50, in the form of points to be issued on the next statement. I've told them this isn't good enough.

It's really unfair how some people were credited in full almost straight away, and yet others have heard nothing. I've not been able to take advantage of the club card exchange either.

Next stop CEO?

Definitely CEO, nothing got done for me until I involved them.

thats what i told them .. i have contacted them several times as well to see if i could get some of my vouchers changed to days out tokens only to be told they will be refunded in next mailing my kids will be back at school by then !!!

...so far only 750 points refund have shown ...better be full amount i lost or i will be calling CEO as well .

Ive lost £153 from one account and £105 from another... I jst noticed last night when I went to order some food rewards that they were coming up as spent....

All spent between Romford Gallows, Lakeside Extra and Gallions Reach...!!!!!!! Im in West Wales.. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

This is still going on? Is seems Tesco haven't done a thing to stop it, disgusting.

yes, still going on.. some spent on the 18/7 and some on the 12/7, all in London stores..

it is Shocking that it is still happening ...only thing that will stop it is to stop allowing folk to print them out at home!!!!!1
