Am I correct in thinking that on the accounts of those who've been a victim of this, the vouchers have disappeared from the 'Vouchers you still have to spend' section and are showing in the 'Vouchers you have used' section on their online account?
    That's what happened to me.

So the fact that the vouchers are still listed in the 'Vouchers you still have to spend' section of my account is not typical of an account that has been defrauded?
    Probably just a glitch then.

I have just gone into order vouchers for a trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, I have £76 worth of vouchers.
It is saying my account is empty, it says they were used on June 1st and is listed as 2 at just Clubcard rewards, and the third at Aylesham, I don't have a clue how this happened. Or how anyone could have got into my account.
I can't call today as they are closed, but I am very concerned, can they trace who used them, as I can't provide any information, and I don't want to lose the money.

It could be that the online account has not fully caught up with reality, i.e. someone went into a store and spent them.

They can trace this, although they may try to tell you they can't. The call centre people may not be able to get that info., but those higher up will be able to do so.

Thank you, I will refer them to the numerous other cases if they are difficult. There is certainly something going on and I can't see that it can be anywhere but at their end, they must have addresses where any vouchers were sent, they certainly weren't sent here.

Vouchers can be printed off online, so they don't need to send anything to your physical address. I still have all my original ones even though they were supposedly all spent in Blackburn (I live in Surrey).

I too had my vouchers stolen online and Tesco have credited the points. I explained I wanted to use the vouchers for the Clubcard Exchange instore and was told when I had decided the amount and department I wanted, an electronic voucher could be emailed to me. When I called today to arrange this, I was told it was not possible. Has anybody managed to use recently refunded points for the Clubcard Exchange instore, if so, who did you contact?
As an update, I can confirm that you can get recently re-credited points converted into tokens to use in the current Voucher Exchange. I had to decide which department and how many tokens I wanted.
I used "pester power": I was told many times it was impossible to get the conversion done before the next scheduled date. So I just kept calling back until I got the answer I wanted and the points converted. The department that does this is called the "Business Support Unit" and they only work regular office hours so it may help if you phone then.
Also, you may get through to one of their two call centres and there is no log of calls to them so when you do find someone who says they can get the points converted, get their ID number so you have continuity. If you call again to chase it up, the agent you speak to can only send an email to the agent you want and ask them to call you back. If they are not at work that day, you may have to wait until they return.
Its a bit laborious but I got there in the end.

I have only ever had vouchers sent to my home, or cashed them in to cover on line shopping, if they are used in a Tesco Store I have always had to show my Card with them.

Are Tesco accepting this situation as fraud, or have they refused to replace, as I have already promised the grandchildren a trip to Blackpool and I would hate to let them down.

phone them in the morning or email then with your details

the rougues seem to be doing the rounds ..Birmingham, London , Aylesham etc

Did they change the main clubcard holder's name on your account

im still waiting on written correspondence from tesco to as why they could access my person account details and change them without letting me know

i was lucky i changed some of my vouchers earlier in april for our Blackpool holiday in a few weeks or it would have ruined our holiday re days out pleasure beach, tower and zoo

but they still maanged to get the rest that i was saving for the rest of the school holidays

Tesco are not saying anything other than they accept you didnt use the vouchers .. but they told me that i can't get them re issued till august
