    Hi,

Just checked my Tesco clubcard account and my vouchers are missing, stolen I guess. I will email Tescos as I have yet to receive any communication from them.

Where do I change my password in the clubcard section?

    Thanks in advance.

It's ok I have found the section and changed my password.

If your vouchers are missing from your account, then they have either expired (over 2 years old) or there has been some sort of computer glitch at Tesco.

If they have been used, fraudulently or otherwise, (and less than 2 years old) they would still show on your account, with details of where & when they were used ;)

Perhaps you have more than 1 clubcard and you've not ensured they are linked?

to change your password go to
Tesco.com ( easier to log in groceries or tesco direct first )
    my account
    my password
... i couldn't find it first time either easily ... think i was panicing lol

i did have my account linked to clicksnap but a few have said they didnt so can't be that
...when i changed my account and email adress for Tesco i got an email from clicksnap next day saying they couldnt access my tesco account ..to check to see if id bought anything that qualified with my online order

my vouchers stolen were mostly the ones that i had just recieved in May and a few left from the February mailing

I also had £170 vouchers stolen they went through my account and left just £2.50!!! Tesco refunded me in full. This will be costing them until they check vouchers to club card on checkout !

Oh and I also signed up for the clicksnap so maybe this is a gateway for the fraud ?

Changing your password does not help! I had my vouchers stolen earlier this year - I changed my password immediately. Tesco refunded the amount I had lost in the May mailing and THEY HAVE BEEN NICKED AGAIN ALREADY! So if you have already lost them and had them refunded, made sure you check that you have not been caught twice. I reported it to Tesco and they told me to report it to the Fraud police. They have credited back my points for the next mailing in August but I shall have to be pretty damn quick to spend them before they get nicked again!

In the meantime, I cannot use them for Rewards for the garden furniture I wanted for this summer.

i think they will need to go back to the way that worked for years ORIGIONAL vouchers only . it a lot of stress and inconvience that it has cost this year to many individual's & / families

Thanks for the response, but my eyes are not deceiving me, my vouchers have gone. When I go to view and print vouchers there are none present. I only signed up to clubcard a few months ago (so they haven't expired). The last time I checked a few weeks ago I had 550 points which meant a £5 voucher. I now have 700 points and no vouchers at all. I have not spent these vouchers as I a Christmas saver. I know I don't have much compared to others but that is not the point.

This whole thing stinks to high heaven. Tesco said they will contact everyone involved, clearly I am one of them and they haven't contacted me. If that wasn't enough people are reporting their vouchers have been stolen twice. I am wondering if this is worth all the hassle? I may as well put my money in a decent savings account, at least it would be safe and I wouldn't have to bother doing most of my shopping at Tescos.

    Don't panic!

    You've answered your own question.
You said that you are in the Christmas Saver, and you've only recently 'joined' Clubcard. So you have not got any vouchers. For Christmas Savers - they don't get compiled until the November mailing - until then you just accumulate points. Which as you said has risen to 700+.
So, you have not 'lost' any vouchers - they don't exist yet, not until November, or August - if you came out of the Christmas Saver before 20th July.

Am I correct in thinking that on the accounts of those who've been a victim of this, the vouchers have disappeared from the 'Vouchers you still have to spend' section and are showing in the 'Vouchers you have used' section on their online account?

I've been trying to use some clubcard vouchers to order rewards online but keep getting this message:
Sorry, your voucher number ending xxxx could not be accepted, as this voucher has already been used. Ref: CC09

The vouchers are still listed in the 'Vouchers you still have to spend' section of my account and I know I haven't spent them.

Is this just a glitch in the website or should I be worried?
