It sounds like lots of you have been much luckier than me. I have had £75 worth of reward vouchers used by someone else in 2 stores in London and despite the fact I can prove I wasn't there and have offered to provide photographs of myself and my husband for comparison against store CCTV images, I have been told that tesco policy is black and white, if the vouchers are used with a clubcard in store there is no refund.
I have shopped with tesco for 30 years, always use the same stores and have never redeemed my vouchers in store, always exchanging them for rewards but despite all of this, tesco have basically branded me a liar.
I have reported it to the police and given tesco the crime number but I think I have probably seen the last of those rewards and tesco have seen the last of me.

Exactly the same has happened to me but I have got the points/vouchers back. I was called a liar too.
I only got the points back after I emailed the ceo's office and I have it in writing that they will repay anyone's points where this has happened. I'll pm you the correspondence so you can go down that route.

You can print off a clubcard online cant you, so if someone can get into your account and print off your vouchers they can print off your clubcard ! , so Tescos response is in question if they say because a Clubcard was used they will not repay the vouchers

It's shocking that this is still going on, you'd have thought Tesco would have got to the bottom of it by now especially as one poster has had a letter telling them someone has been arrested.

No, the till receipt does not have the full no on it, almost maybe, but certainly not all.
