Was worried by this story and had not received my feb mailing so called them last night. They can cancel your vouchers on the spot and reissue new coded vouchers if you have not received them and worried.
They confirmed my vouchers had not been used.0 -
I think the catman is trying to defend their employer/colleagues, but there are too many people reporting the same problem.
I was one of the sceptical readers, who thought maybe it was just a prank, or a few people falling victim to a small scale phishing incident.
But in previous cases I've seen where phising was involved, there was always someone putting their hands up and saying 'May fault, I clicked on a very convincing phising email'. But not even one person has done that, and several have given plausible explanations as to why they would not fall for such a scam.
Maybe vouchers have been intercepted in the mail?
Or maybe if not Tesco, someone working in the department/contractor responsible for printing and mailing them? Post Office/courier?
Or for digital vouchers IT support contractor with access to the computer system?
Whatever it is, it's well organised and IMHO a gang.0 -

Just had a message and they are putting all the missing vouchers back £96 worth, they state they will show in a few days will keep an eye out
I have been using Facebook, they seem quite eager to help on there0 -
An update is due - I have to say, credit to Tesco in my case, I emailed them on 20th about the theft of my small value voucher, and I had a call yesterday (22nd) to say they had investigated the case and could clearly see it wasn't spent by me and would re-credit it to me as they didn't want me to lose out. :jElfinwings wrote: »Mine is a slightly different story - just logged into my account, and one voucher, worth just £4.50, issued in November was spent in November. It was spent at my local store, which is different to many of the others here. However it absolutely wasn't me ...0

I appreciate that for those affected - it is a big problem. However, comments I make are not meant to belittle that - but to illustrate the challenges to resolving the situation.
My perception, is that some people would use the opportunity to 'screw' Tesco for what they could get!
Whilst, other people think it's happened to them - when it's not the case - e.g. relative at the same address used them, or unused virtual card linked to the email address rather than the CC with the vchrs!
So, CC would take all reasonable steps to investigate - some will be easy, some will be less so.
I think the final comment is apt - it's well organised.
Those guilty, needs to be found before the next ones get set-up!
The Stores seem now to be tightening on checking the vchrs match the CC presented.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

I had 2 fraud transactions on my linked tesco credit card in December. Today i find I'm locked out of my clubcard account and can't change my password. I'll be contacting customer services soon, but I'm guessing the two are related.0
