By CC balance has shot up to £72 online now, but i am owed £96 and had a balance of £12 already, going to have to contact them again now, its never seems to be easy when it comes to Tesco0

I've also logged on to my tesco clubcard account tonight and I've had £62 of vouchers stolen. A supervisor at tesco CS was supposed to phone me back 3 hours ago and still waiting. Aside from the vouchers, what about the integrity of our personal information, has that also been hacked?0

This is a worry, but apparently not to Tesco!! This is exactly why we have reported this matter to the ICO and the online fraud. Tesco have not kept personal information securely and this needs to be sorted so that it never happens again.
I am personally very annoyed that Tesco are still trying to sweep this under the carpet and the more people that report it to the relevant authorities the better.0 -
who ic the ico and how do we report it
Just looked on Auction Fraud and havent a clue what to put it down as , any ideas ?0 -
http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints/handling.aspx
they are responsible for monitoring data protection and will investigate failings when companies have failed to keep data safe.
We spoke to them when we first discovered this and they were very helpful (and appalled at Tescos lack of action)
It is very easy to submit your complaint to them
Don't forget if you also have a Credit Card that Tesco confirmed that as they don't know how this breach happened and the cards are linked then they cannot guarantee that those details are secure as well.0 -

The problem with that website is that it seems to assume that you know who committed the crime, which we don't! I can't remember the options but think that we completed it as online fraud.0 -
The ICO seems complicated to me, supporting documents etc
,
Just tried Auction Fraud and cant figure out how to do it, its asking for suspects etc.0 -
Have just filed my ICO complaint too. Also did action fraud, not as easy as it didn't seem to fit the circumstances, but will try just about anything!0
