Copy the facebook conversation into word or something and attach that. I haven't bothered with the facebook conversation on mine as they said nothing they could do.

You can also take a screenshot, by using the prt scr key on your keyboard, or using the snipping tool depending on what system you are using

I always think that when Tesco send out their vouchers in their blue Tesco envelopes all emblazoned as 'Your Clubcard statement', it is obvious to everyone handling the envelopes what they contain. I think Tesco should be using A5 brown envelopes which you can't see through and they don't need to put Tesco on them. Also I always wonder if the vouchers can be used in stores without showing the Clubcard. I use them online so I'm not too sure how it works instore. If a Clubcard is not required instore, I think they need to change that system and make it clear that the same Clubcard needs to be presented to be able to use the vouchers. People would need to ensure they have their Clubcard with them or their partner's card if two cards registered to the same account. At least that way other people's vouchers could not be used by anyone else. If they were used online they could then be tracked to the delivery address. If anyone asked to collect in their local store (presently they need to show the credit or debit card used for the purchase) but if no extra money has been added, there would be no purchase card number to check so then they would need to check the clubcard name or something along these lines.

  • I don't understand your point.

£137.50 from my points spent in Warrington (we live in the South so nowhere near us) - spoke to Tesco who will reimburse me. Interestingly someone presented "my" Clubcard when they spent one of the vouchers, although it isn't the number of either of the cards in my possession (my key fob card and the one on my credit card), it was one apparently issued 4 years ago. Anyway, all passwords changed just in case and I have asked them to remove the other card number as I don't actually have it.

And to the moaners above who say shop somewhere cheaper - I do! I collect points via the credit card as I put all spending on it and repay in full in true MSE style :D

    :D
Happy that you are getting refunded; frustrated that they ignore me. Have tried facebook, emailed, emailed to ceocustomerservices, phoned - NOTHING!
Have also sent recorded delivery letter 9 days ago - no response.

The Facebook people have told me point blank several times they cannot (or will not) do anything for me.
They are based in Cardiff, not Dundee, and don't have access to the same information, although the info in Dundee doesn't appear to be spread amongst all its workers. I am getting sick of giving the same information every time. Was definitely promised a call back before 8pm tonight ...
Today's girl on the phone told me that they have a new system. They fill out a form when action needs to be taken, and send that somewhere else. Then they get an update within 24 hours, and that can be passed on to the customer within 48 hours.
Am I supposed to be impressed by this wonderful and totally impressive system???
