Yogurt, fruit & cereal for brekkie - note - need more cereal.

Lunch - Moroccan couscous, roasted veg and caramelised onions :), topped with a little Philly light.

Cherry toms but brought them home.

Apple, banana and cereal bar for snacks.

Home tomorrow but rest of the week I will be buying as away with work , will take Weds with me though.

Quick cut and paste for me from yesterday's post - but I have a larger portion today!! HM soup for me today - spicy lentil and chickpea. - YUMMY

Just got quite excited to find I had a wholemeal bridge roll in the freezer at work that I had forgotten about - popped it in the microwave to defrost it and flipping overdid it. One very hard roll now in the bin. Hey ho - less calories at least :-)
