Managed to make my mixed bean burritos yesterday, so that's me and OH sorted for today (was yum!) and tomorrow.

I'm really impressed with all the healthy peripherals people are having, fruit, nuts, etc. I had a topic today for mine! Decided I'm allowed a Treat on a Monday! I'll take in freshly prepared pineapple, cucumber sticks and a banana tomorrow as atonement

I've managed to avoid the sandwich shop 9/11 lunches so far, and have the coins jingling in my purse to prove it!

  • Evening all! This thread is definitely keeping me on track with the challenge :)

Lunch today was just a ham sarnie, yoghurt, banana and Satsuma. Made chicken stir fry for tea tonight to make use of some of the chicken left over from yesterdays roast so we're both taking in leftover stir fry tomorrow along with the customary yoghurt and fruit :)

No, no noodles yesterday or today - but I might have some tomorrow ;)

Today I have: Tuna & Sweet Chilli Mayo Sandwich on seeded bread, banana, yoghurt and small piece of Christmas cake.

Got stuck in traffic this morning, so was late - no breakfast for me this morning :(

  • And yes I do have value noodles and sweet chilli sauce today (only enough bread left for DHs sandwiches). Yoghurt, banana and small piece of christmas cake.

Got to work on time, so porridge breakfast for me today (even though bacon sandwiches were being bought - was good and didn't have one).

  • Packed lunch again today - leek and potato soup from freezer, two satsumas and a yoghurt. There's a clear difference in volume when I pack it and when MrMRN packs it for me!!!
