Disaster struck today: had soup at work but then had to make two visits which meant I was on the road over lunchtime. Stopped at garage with a Waitrose shop, resisted the urge to buy readymade sandwiches, and bought four wholemeal rolls £1 and a prawn cocktail £2.19. That means I have 3 rolls and half a prawn thingy to use again so not quite as bad as it might have been!0

Well I have managed a whole week without buying sugar to take into work, so very pleased with myself, I'm even slowly finding it easier to not stuff my face with sugar from the house so I'm enjoying the added health benefits as well as the financial ones, I really really hope I can manage to continue with this and deal with my sugar addiction once and for all0

Minty pea and potato soup in the food flask for me today. Is it lunch time yet??
Tomorrow we are out for our work Xmas party (late from last year, not early for this year!) as we had to cancel in December as one of the office dogs was very sick. He's all better now but he's still not coming to the restaurant with us! Anyway, I'll put myself down for another full house this week as I won't be spending anything tomorrow which means for all of my work days in January I have only bought one sandwich on day one which I think is a big win win win.
